David does great work and is very professional. I have an apartment that had a long term tenant move out. I live out of state, and needed someone that could coordinate everything. David did all of the refresh work including new carpet, painting, plumbing fixture updates, and general repairs throughout the unit. He purchased all the fixtures and finishes and installed them. He then returned to replace the old tub surround (unrelated to the original work). His initial work along with the additional scope was excellent. He also reviewed the apartment for trouble spots that may need repair or replacement in the future. I expect to use him for all future projects and would recommend him to anyone.

I wanted to thank Dave for the wonderful work that he had done for us over the last couple of weeks. He replaced three basement windows and built new side steps. Everything came out beautifully and he was punctual. I also found him to be very reasonably priced too!

Dave came by and did a fantastic job repairing my radiator. I had just purchased my house and the day of the purchase my radiator blew and leaked all over the place. He was quick, professional, and took care of the problem. This was an emergency as it was winter and he came through! Can't recommend him enough!
