I am selling my home and the inspector noted that I needed to replace a few shingles but the repair would have to get done in just a couple days otherwise I would need to push back closing. My realtor contacted Dave and he was able to come out by the deadline even with an impending storm the day before he got the job done. Dave's was also had the lowest cost! Thank you Dave for your timely service!

We Had leaking due to the rainy day , and they did horrible job , we had leaking at the same Spot again and after calling several time with no response finally the repair person showed up and he mention funny story the leaking is some where else!!! and now we called another roofing company to salve our roofing problem ! Be were of this crook company!

I used Dave’s roofing for a roof on a house I recently purchased, they even came recommended by some family friends. This will be the last time I go with the lowest bidding price. I have been extremely disappointed in their work and how they run things. The first being that they didn’t pull a permit and I was then dropped from my insurance company, which was a complete hassle. After my new roof was installed I had a horrible water leak into my kitchen. They said they needed to add new flashing and siding to address leak and had no correlation to the new roof. I’m not sure why that wasn’t seen when they put on my new roof. I was told they do not look for additional problems when putting on new roofs, I would have gladly paid extra to have these new things addressed at the time of the new roof application. Seems lazy to me. The workers who came to put the new siding on had used all my outdoor furniture and didn’t put it back where I had it. They used my personal wheelbarrow and didn’t put it back. They left food wrappers and chicken bones which my dog ended up eating. They left all their trash from the job in my fire pit. That trash consisted of shingles, metal and old wood from roof. If I hadn’t called to say something it would have never been picked up and disposed properly. After all of that, the guy wanted to come pick up the check for the work done. We agreed on 2pm. He didn’t show up until after 2:30pm. He said it would now be higher than the price that we had previously agreed on. He said “he had to follow what the boss says”. All of my needs have been addressed, just not in a professional manner. In a business built on reputation you would think these things matter, unfortunately cannot recommend this company.
