Thank you to JC and the service department for getting my truck in for emergency repairs so I could get back home on schedule (out of state). They went above and beyond for me!

Call me an impulse buyer. But I was in the mood for a different pickup. Hahler Auto didn't disappoint me with their inventory and what I thought was a generous offer my pickup. Drove in with the intent of just looking. 2 hours later(after a couple of additional requests) drove home completely pleased with my purchase.

Very friendly and easy to work with. This was my 4th vehicle transaction and as all others, went very smooth and negotiations were met honorable on both sides. Very good place to deal with in purchases of vehicles.

The best car buying experience I have ever had! I inquired about the undercarriage and Jeff informed me that the car was off property at a sale but he would get me pictures as soon as it got back. We did the paperwork online. (Katie is a wiz at that.) Unfortunately, my summer was already booked up and it was a couple of weeks before I could pick it up. (600 miles away) Jeff told me not to worry, put it in the back shop to avoid any hail storms, and washed it the morning I made the trip to pick it up. Definitely will keep an eye on their inventory for any future vehicle needs.

Found what I was looking for on line and over a 1000mi away. Not only reached a deal in the first phone call, but included the shipping. Car arrived 2 days later faster than expected, and just as photographed. First, time buying a car never actually seeing it and they made it one of the easiest transactions I've done. Top notch all the way down to the end. If they have the vehicle you want , get it here there service is above and beyond the rest.

Great small town dealership if you like to work on the good old fashioned hand shake they are the place for you. Would recommend them highly we have bought several vehicles from them over the years and has been great with service to back it up down the road

Prior to writing this review, I had used their services on two occasions; one scheduled, and one unscheduled where I had run into some very worrying mechanical issues travelling from out-of-country. In the second instance, to my absolute relief, they got me back up and running by the next day. I particularly appreciate how patient they were on the day I got towed in, letting me stick around inside their shop a little bit after closing time, reassuring me not to worry as I was frantically trying to make phone calls left and right to get things sorted. I received truly nothing but kindness from every single person working here.

This is quite simply a fantastically-run business. With great service and great people, Hahler's is my new favourite auto shop.

I purchased a 1963 impala convertible and worked with Jeff on the sales team . He was very professional and in consistent contact through out my interest and purchase . He shipped car to me in a enclosed trailer and this car was better then the video and pictures . I purchased this car over internet and never seen it in person , and I was very shocked at the perfection of this vehicle . This company was very honest from the beginning . If ever in search for a older showroom condition vehicle , then gives this company a call . A+++

Darla & I purchased a vehicle from Hahler Auto. We had quite a long commute to Webster SD. Once there we were greeted, by a pleasant office & sales team. The vehicle we were interested in buying was ready to test drive. After our test drive, when back at the dealership, we met Katie the finance director. Katie was fast and efficient in completing the paperwork for the sale. After we had the paper work done we were linked up with an employee that went out and described all the electronics of the vehicle. The sales & office team did a fantastic job for us. Of all the dealerships through the years we have done business with, this dealership is one of the best we have purchased a vehicle from. Fantastic job, Loren and crew.

Classic Buyers Beware - especially if you are out of state - you simply must get an independent inspection report on any car you purchase from these guys, or wish you had (as I wish I had) - such nationwide companies are Auto Appraisers Group, or Lemon Squad. I can see people having a good experience purchasing new cars from them as the quality-control of the vehicle itself isn't in question - but on the classic side they have no standards of vehicle prep or disclosure. Their videos hide major visual flaws, and they follow no mechanical inspection checklist. My case resulted in an un-drivable car being delivered to me with a major safety issue they missed, and a major body defect they "forgot" to mention. The result was a partial rebate of my purchase price (but no agreement not to share my true story). I'm sure the dealer will want to reply to this to convince you otherwise, and if so I'm happy to upgrade this post with photos and correspondence to prove my assertion. Instead, I truly hope they take this as an opportunity to reflect on their systems, and upgrade their processes and professional standards. I don't think they employ bad people - management has simply failed their staff with terrible processes that leave themselves exposed to undisclosed issues. Classics are an international marketplace and their small-town, in-person-sale, stereotypic, used car dealer practices are leaving them woefully unprepared for the standards of international buyers. In Real Estate this level of non-disclosure would be the height of greasy-ness, and be it intentional or unintentional, it would get my license stripped and my business sued. I hope they improve - the world needs reliable places to get classics or the legacy of these cars will continue to die. Despite it all I do wish them the best. Perhaps future 5-star reviews from other classic buyers will let me know they have solved their issues. Good luck.

We bought a used pickup here last week, and it was a super-easy process. When asked by phone, a salesperson went out in the freezing cold to take photos of the underside of the pickup and promptly texted us photos from all angles. It was definitely worth the long drive to get the pickup.

This dealer went above and beyond what anyone could expect. I am located about 9 hours away from the dealer and found this truck online after closing. I sent an inquiry and within had a response within 30 minutes from the owner, Loren, and had all of my questions answered. I was told about the very minor door ding, and he was 100% up front with me knowing I would pretty much have to purchase sight unseen. After we worked out a deal, he then proceeded to find a way to get the vehicle within a 3 hour drive of me and made my trip a whole lot easier. Thanks guys for the awesome work, and an awesome new truck.

One of the salesman drove a vehicle to watertown for us to test drive. We ended up buying it and love the vehicle. Salesman was very nice and went out of his way to help us.

Great to work with, I live 4 hours away from dealer and they met me halfway to deliver my SSR. All paper work was done right in parking lot where vehicle was delivered. You can't ask for a better dealer to work with!

Review - get real, the techs HAVE to use your wheel lock key. It sounds like you had a problem, they took you in and did everything you wanted in an hour and a half. And you gave them a two star review !!

Great place if you're looking to purchase or finance a vehicle. We were helped from the very second we got out to look at vehicles all the way up to the purchase of my Dodge Charger. The salesman who helped us out was incredibly friendly, helpful, and an amazing person to work with. If you see a car that you're interested in getting here, I would definately go with them if you can! They deserve much more business with how friendly and hard working they are to find you the right vehicle.
