We ordered doors all to be the same color, one showed up the correct color, the others were not. When the doors were reordered, the wrong type of door was ordered for one leading from garage to house (this was not supposed to be a deadbolt door, but here we have a deadbolt door in a jam that does not have a deadbolt hole)-which still needs to be replaced, we have yet to receive the screen door for the sliding glass door we had installed. The install has not been completed for the sliding glass door with several pieces of wood to be placed. This overall customer service experience has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
We spent nearly $15k on new doors and install and the guy we have been dealing is NEVER AVAILABLE.
So many problems that still need rectified. We will not be giving business to these people again.
