One of our favorite stops in Yankton! Love looking at all the kitchen gadgets, grill accessories and the seasoning section is amazing. Staff is the best, they need to give classes to other stores on great customer service!

Always willing to answer questions. Yes box stores might be a little cheaper, but you CANNOT beat the customer service that Ace Hardware provides!
Also, Kopetsky Ace Hardware is heavily involved in supporting the Yankton community. You never see the box stores doing that!

Great store and even better people! Help is always available to find what we came in to buy or to locate that obscure part. Leo, Carol and son's hitting it out of the park since the 1970's! Shout out to the popcorn on weekends!

The top customer service you will find anywhere. Blows my mind how you are greeted immediately and then they ask what you're looking for and without batting an eye it will be like aisle 32 half way down on your right 2nd shelf. How they remember where everything is at. Very Impressive

I've been to Kopetsky's Ace on so many occasions for various reasons. The most recent I was in their bike shop. Another was for a lawnmower. Other times have been for multiple projects and outdoor needs. Anytime I have gone in there, the staff has been amazing. They are knowledgeable,very helpful and courteous. An added bonus is the popcorn while you shop. I definitely recommend going to Kopetsky's Ace Hardware.

When traveling up in the Yankton area we shop Kopetsky’s Ace. The employees are very helpful and they generally have what we were looking for. When we had a hard time finding an LED light for our white witch’s wand, the associate recommended a holiday necklace- you! Worked well!! Our family frequently shops at Kopetsky’s Ace Hardware and we are always happy with the service. Today I was looking for something I had no clue where to find (a brass brush). I asked an employee, he brought me to where it was, and I was rang up and out the door in less than ten minutes. Awesome! You just can’t get that service in the big box stores. I enjoy this ACE. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They have a good crew and a good selection of diy goods. Could improve on organizing. The grill area is usually an obstacle.

You just can't get better service for custom paint than say Kopetsky's Ace Hardware in Yankton, SD. They carry out favorite brand, also 5 stars; Benjamin Moore. They are very customer oriented and go the extra to make your painting easier. Thanks you guys!!

The staff are always helpful and can find you anything. The owner is amazing- treats you like a king! This Ace can pretty much get you anything, I’ve gone in there for paint, grill supplies, a bike tire, and a key replacement and was not disappointed for any of it. They have an awesome team to maintain your mowers and small engine items too: it seems like there’s nothing they won’t do. Keep it up Ace!

Went in to drop a couple of bikes off because of flat tires. Was completely planning on leaving for a few days to get fixed. 25 minutes later bother were fixed and out the door. Excellent service!!!!!

Your home town locally owned ace is a great place. Love wandering thru this store and checking out newest stihl products, grills & smokers, garden stuff, Oakley's, bikes, and many other household things. Love the "as seen on tv isle" where you can compare the product to their hour long infomercial! Super friendly and helpful service. Love that they have can collection drop off for the boy scouts in the parking lot along with propane tank refills and a first national bank atm!

The employees of this store are just fantastic. Customer service is stellar. A while back, I went to the store to get mouse deterrents, as my house was being overrun. I arrived after the store closed and just as the last employees were getting in their cars. A young man asked if I needed something from the store, and then proceeded to reopen the store just for me. He spent at least 10 minutes helping me to choose the sonic product that I wanted and gave me terrific advice. I felt like a really valuable customer even though I only spent $20 that time. I make a point of buying everything I can from Ace. The products are of top quality and the customer service is absolutely the best.

Our family of seven frequents the bike shop and leaves overly satisfied every time. They carry great products and stand behind them.

I stopped to buy building supplies today while my wife was receiving a cancer treatment. I usually have a good experience at this store but today was very dissapointed. Not a single employee was wearing a mask. This my first visit since late winter and is the only business I have been where employees were not showing respect to customers. I was not the only masked customer, but many were not wearing them.

The reason why I go to Ace is because if I need help and I need my problem solved, they can and WANT to help. My last visit I was looking for a plumbing washer. They didn't have it, but they suggested another way to fix my issue. It worked great and I SAVED TIME. THANK YOU Josh.

So happy I stopped by this place to see the bike shop. It's great that the only bike shop in town is carrying top of the line bikes (TREK) but also have the great price point bikes. The guys in the shop we're very helpful with local trails and guides and overall was just a great experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Havent been in here in a while. The bike shop is great. Got a guy working back there that is very good at what he does. Bought a Trek 820 from them back in 2007 and it has fared well and have brought it back for repairs and some much needed maintenance. Good store they offer a lot. Nice people too.

2 star review was a total mistake... ACE is awesome and somewhere I shop regularly for both our shop and personal! Keep up the great work!
