We called Joe last summer for a deck fix as we were experiencing wood rot in certain areas. Joe was able to diagnose and discussed various options for repair to us which felt really honest and helpful to me as a first time home buyer. Joe was honest, respectful, excellent with communication, and most importantly he did an excellent job fixing the deck and making it more secure. We will always look to Joe for help in the future because of this experience! Highly recommend!

Regardless of the size of the job, Joe is always responsive. Our roof happens to be quite old, and upon inspection of our attic after a thunderstorm the night before, I found a leak. And unfortunately, another rainstorm which was going to last at least a couple of days was forecasted to be arriving in the afternoon. I texted Joe in the morning, he called me back immediately, and voila, the leak got fixed timely before the rainstorm arrived. And it was a Saturday too. Joe is helpful, transparent, and very honest. Danko Contracting is highly recommended.
