Initial consultation was nice and seemed legit. Have had multiple issues since. Every time we call they say someone will call us to come out and they take days to get back to us. The first person typically comes out and “diagnoses” the issue to send ANOTHER person out and then that person “diagnoses” the issue completely differently. Note to Dandy: if you’re going to involve 3 people in the process, stick to one story. The installers were in our attic complaining about getting paid $9/hour. The sales people always gripe about driving all around town for service appointments like that’s something customers should have to hear about.
Overall we’re in a worse position with our system than we started and it’s still not fixed after 5 visits.
Would love to update this post with a positive outcome, stay tuned Google friends.
Was expecting to see the company service truck and the tech in the company uniform, but didn’t . Not a good first impression.
Tech was professional and polite.
Joey showed up on time, was super knowledgeable and got our garage doors working for a great price. Highly recommend!
