Dalton, Joe and their crew took extra care with our 120 year old Crescent Hill home and completely renewed our outdated bathroom.
They also refurbished a bedroom ceiling and light fixture for a huge improvement. We trusted them to replace our roof and gutters last year and will continue to use and recommend their services.

Dalton and his team were so professional and prompt with helping me out. Our gutter fell off our home from all the strong winds and he was out immediately looking at the damage and ordering parts for replacement. If I ever need any other work on our home he’ll be the first person I call! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you guys for your restoration services you provided. You guys were awesome. You came out checked the damage after the fire, gave me a quote, got in contact with insurance, then the job was done. The best part is, I never came out of pocket. I have never written a positive review before. However, Dalton Brown Restoration simply went above & beyond, & I decided I should let other potential customers know that this company was the only 1 out of 3 who actually followed through on the contract & their promises to me. Navigating the maze of replacing a roof & siding/shutters turned out to be no small or easy task for me. My insurance company was the first one to break their promise for a “quick & easy fix,” only to be waiting 3 months later for work to begin. Well the first contractor took a job higher up , & in July, I would be reassigned to another company. I waited another 3 months to be serviced by ANOTHER company that never showed up. After 6 months of promises, I was disgusted & angry & I contacted the insurance company CEO personally. He then called, me back & said he had just spoken to a 3rd company, “Dalton Brown “ & told them how 2 of their previous recommendations had not even started my job. He promised me that night, that a man named “Dalton,” owner of Dalton Brown Restoration & Construction would, ABSOLUTELY be calling me that evening. Well at this point I was like whatever…I don’t believe anything anyone is telling me. So, imagine my surprise that within the hour….Dalton had phoned me & asked if he & his brother, Joe, could come to my home to once & for all take care of a customer who had been given the total run around. I jumped on it & said Yes! No exaggeration, within 2 hours both Dalton & Joe, were at my kitchen table, explaining how their company is family owned & how once their word was given, I could count on them. They also apologized for all the other misleading companies that had repeatedly not kept their contract & their promises to me. They did not have to do this, but they clearly saw & understood how I had been treated, & they wanted to make my house & my faith in roofing/construction companies good again. Well, Dalton & Joe always returned my text/phone re something about the project, the same day! Once, I called Joe, not knowing he was on vacation on a cruise ship. He answered his phone & told me he would have Dalton call me…and he did within the hour! I certainly wasn’t expecting anyone to go above & beyond for me… but they did. This company was timely, always showed up for appointments, discussed various stages in the process & told me what would happen next. They even called my mom a few times that I was not able to answer my phone. After dealing with 2 crappy companies off the bat trying to get my house fixed… my 3rd company was the charm…and they really did knock it out of the park for me. I am RELIEVED they were professional, kept their word, & did go above & beyond for me on several occasions. I can now, finally….say my first home improvement project is finished & tied with a VERY happy bow! They will take your money. Do the minimum work. But not finish anything. Will quit responding to you. But they got no issues keeping your money…
I’m sure they will reply saying something like ask them to explain. That needs to be your first red flag. You know it’s a red flag when the owner posts a comment on their own reviews like this instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and asking the reviewer to contact them to work out a solution.

Even IF the reviewer was in the wrong and the company was in the right, it’s good business practice to not advertise “what really happened” when responding to reviews.

But I’m guessing not taking accountability is probably what lead to this anyway lol

Mr.Dalton and his crew are very good people. They are on time, fast, affordable, and efficient. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs restoration or construction done on their home.

Came asap and tarpped off my roof.. super nice . now how many months later it’s been and I’ve paid my money and I got my roof and my gutters finally and then they kept standing me up. I’m not showing up going to page you’ll see the review that I’ve put on public about them. I’ve called them in so many lies and I don’t know if it’s because my husband is terminall or some I am weak? they took our money and didn’t finish the job .. I have the original contract and now they’re adding things that are not even true on there. Shane on Dalton and Joe shame on you me and my husband probably don’t have much longer shame on you for taking two sick older people.

They are awesome to work with and will over backwards to be sure everything is what you wanted. Very fair priced. I couldn’t ask for a better company to work with!!

I had a great experience with this crew. They did great work on my house for reasonable price. They worked with me and even helped with suggestions when I needed them. Dalton has always taken great care of my home!

Dalton and Jen were great to work with. They got us back in our house and it was overall in better shape than before our fire. Hopefully we won't need to, but we will definitely work with them again in the future if we need to.

Dalton Brown Restoration & Construction was AH-MAZING when our water heater went out. It went out at night and the NEXT DAY they had a technician come out and replace it for us. They brought out industrial fans to help dry things up and even brought another one out on a pinch when it was needed. They were fast, reliable dependable, and so great to work with! Can't recommend them enough! ❤️

I will add another review concerning an issue we had with the roof. James came buy and not only fixed a caulking issue but did a full roof inspection. Chris had spend countless hours going over every detail of my multiple projects. Answered loads of questions. Paid attention to all the details that needed to be addressed or where concerns. Each crew that came out to tend to my home were respectful and responsible. I trusted each crew. Each job was done well and efficiently.

My wife and I had a bat flying around our house Sunday evening. We were able to get the bat out, but were worried that there might be more bats in the house. We contacted James Kamer with Dalton Brown Restoration. James came out the very next day with a thermal imaging camera. He climbed in all of the attic spaces and scanned every wall of the house. He was looking for heat pockets that would indicate bats. The good news is WE FOUND NOTHING! Dalton Brown Restoration did not charge anything for the insepction and my wife and I were able to sleep much better!

We called Monday a.m. regarding water-spot we had found on the ceiling by a skylight. Jim was out by 1:30 p.m., reviewed the area, discussed his findings and made the repair. Thank you for the quick response time and the professional service.

Dalton and James and co. were passionate about finding and implementing practical and feasible solutions to a number of issues at my house. From rerouting HVAC drips to sill plate repair to everything else, they did a thorough job, and it was evident that these guys were here to help with positive can-do attitudes.
