Scott and his team came in and installed a new steal roof replaced the soffit and facia and added new brick wainscoting as well as fixing all the water damages that I had experienced kike it never even happened. He even dealt with my insurance company on my behalf when they tried to get out of paying what they should.
He even gave me a veteran discount.
I highly recommend Dalman Drywall for all your construction needs.

Just like the other poor reviews at first Scott was really personable over the phone so I chose him for the job and requested a quote. Setup a time for a few days out. He text me on the day saying he wasn't going to be able to make it over and asked to reschedule for tomorrow. Let him know that was fine and I am available after 3. Said he would make that work, but he did not show up or reach out by EOB. I reached out and asked if he was still coming and he replied that he was, but then never showed up. I text him the next day asking if he was still interested in providing a quote to which he did not reply, even a few days later still no follow up.

Response Update: Scott, you at no point said you were too busy to take on the job, but yes if you are too busy to take on anymore work you should be letting your potential customers know that, which is completely understandable. Not no show to appointments or ignore them.

Scott Dalman rebuilt my 3 season (now 4 season) porch. I am extremely happy with the work that he did.

He was very meticulous with all of the work and made sure I was happy with every step. He is easy to reach, finished my porch before going to another job, and finished in a timely manner.

Dalman Drywall is not only a drywall company but shines in new construction, cement work and many other aspects of buliding and remodeling. I am very pleased with my porch and I give Scott 5 Stars!

5/5 STARS!!! Better yet 100/5 stars. I had issues with furniture being moved into my new house, had some knicks and dents in my new walls. VERY HARD to find someone in the drywall business to respond. NOT THE CAS WITH DALMAN. Called him at 9 am. Walls were back to brand new looking by 2 pm THE SAME DAY!!! Will 100% use this company again. Great to work with. Great communication. Prompt and professional. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Scott is amazing to work with! He explained everything along the way and worked within our budget. Very easy to communicate with and was flexible based on our schedule. He went above and beyond any expectations we had.
We have other projects planned down the road and look very much forward to working with him again! Would recommend to anyone.

Scott was able to tackle a fairly large project for us after we sustained some water damage. We gave him a tight deadline (due to our live events) and he went above and beyond to get everything done for us on time. The space looks great - we are very happy with his work!

Scott did a great job! He finished and painted the drywall in our garage and some patches in the house. He stayed on schedule, charged us a fair price, and is very personable. We will definitely reach out to him again if we need any more help with drywall and painting!!
