Highly recommended. DCR was referred by a friend and couldn't have asked for a better roofer. Allan was transparent and stayed on top of communication. He will email and text you of every steps prior of the project and someone was always onsite during construction day. Nathan was awesome and made sure the area was clean, and free of debris. Took time and effort to ensure there aren't any loose nails, shingles, dirt and stains left.
I will definitely referring them to my friends if they want quality work and great service. Thank you, guys.

Great roofing company to work with. Allen is very professional and answers your questions very patiently. He takes care of all the work dealing with insurance company. That is very helpful and saves me lots of time and energy. Their installation team did a really good job replacing the roof. Especially their installation team manager is at the site the whole time while the installation, he make sure the garage door and the lawn are protected. They also clean very well after the installation. Highly recommend to anyone needs to replace a new roof. Great company to work with.

Very satisfied with the whole process and result of the completed project. Well organized, systematic, efficient, and responsible from managers to the crew. Punctual with schedule, responsive and reliable so no surprises or anxiety. Very accommodating with changes of dates and requests. Manager answered all questions often supported/explained with photos and actual material/parts samples to help understanding and alleviate any doubt. Detail follow through during work in progress and follow up after completion including clearing debris fell through the cover into the swimming pool and using magnet to pick up nails in the lawn and driveway around the house and using blower to clear porch and parameters. Work completed in one day.

They did a great job for replacing the roof of my rental house. The shingles used are high quality, and much better than the original ones. I am very happy with the works. I was informed every step of the process: from hail damage inspection, providing repair suggestions to work with my insurance company to get claim done. Allan is very patient to explain detail process to me, very professional and excellent communication. I will use them again.

They're experienced to work with insurance adjuster to get accurate estimates. This time we had to change schedule several times and they were flexible to meet our requirements. They are easy and friendly to work with and always on time for appointments. During the work their supervisor will come to inspect the quality and process. Once they finish the work they will send the pictures. We highly recommend the company.

I'd definitely recommend Allen and his guys in Dallas Custom Roofing. Used them twice for repair work: the first time for some leak repair and the 2nd time for missing shingles. They arrived on time and performed the work very carefully. They didn't even charge anything the 2nd time as it's a very small work. Would definitely use them in the future.

I have used Dallas Custom Roofing for several of my rentals' roof replacement projects. Allan is very knowledgeable and professional. He is the most responsive, responsible, and reliable contractor I've ever worked with. He guided me through the whole claim process, talked to the insurance company, communicated with the tenants, and replaced the roofs with the best roofing material and the best warranty. The clean up was impeccable. After the installation, he even scheduled the city inspection for me without me lifting a finger! He and his brother Nathan would go the extra mile to make sure every little detail of the project is covered and done in perfection! Most companies talk to you because they want your business, but they disappear after they take your money. Not Allan! He still answered my questions by emails and texts, and took care of the minor repairs several years after the original replacement. I know I won't be left alone to deal with any issues with the roofs. I can always count on Allan and his crew.

Anytime if I need a repair or something comes up. Allan is available via text or phone 24/7....Dallas Custom Roofing is my go to company. I am also a Real Estate Broker, and refer them to all my family and friends. They just repaired the Roof at my Brother's House in Richaland Meadows in Richardson. I wish there were 7 stars to give them.
