A driver of this company was outraged I, a 19 year old girl driving across Florida to go back home, was going 78 in a 70, he wanted me to drive faster. He then tried to run me off the road multiple times, giving me the middle finger, screaming at me out the window, driving less than 2 inches away from the back of my car. This went on for over 30 miles until he got off the highway still screaming. I was able to get a picture of the number on his truck so I could make this comment.
I am in a Hyundai Elantra. He was in a big gray truck. This was supposed to be a fun road trip, I should not have been worried for me life. Don’t trust these people around your children.
It was such a pleasure dealing with Dale Martin and his crew. I remember years ago when customer service was the norm, but these days it seems every company is simply looking to make as much money as they can - regardless of whether their customers are satisfied or not. What a pleasant shock to discover that Dal Mar Roofing takes the old school approach to ensuring their customers are completely satisfied. His foremen Fay and Trey were so responsive to all my questions and concerns. They stated that they weren't going to be happy until everything looked "perfect". Dale was straightforward and attentive throughout the entire process. I usually don't give reviews, but in this case, the astonishingly professional service moved me to write this. I highly recommend Dal Mar for all your roofing needs. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
