All very nice guys. Brian has good ideas but argued with us every time we corrected him and told him what we wanted. Bad communication. We never knew what was going on, and ended up paying for engineers mistakes! I ended up doing the cleanup, painting, fixing a new door because the sheetrockers put a hole in it.
We never got any paperwork on costs, permits, final inspections etc...even though we requested that.
The door to the living room was put in so it opened toward a wall. I ended up changing it mainly because I didn't want to pay extra for him to fix it.
