D&R recently completed a renovation of our upstairs home office and living space. The project involved converting our unfinished upstairs into a modern home office and cozy living area and bathroom. They worked seamlessly with our designer. The entire crew was wonderful to work with and presented us a budget at the beginning of the project and they kept within the budget for the project. I would highly recommend D&R for any of your project needs.

We had them do the apartment over our garage. They completely stayed within budget! Joseph and Raff where the first to come out to look at the space, what my wife wanted, and her budget. Joseph was the project manager the whole process. Joseph and all the crew working on it were great to work with! I couldn't be any happier with the outcome.

All of the employees of D and R Contractors were excellent! Scott Sutton was very good to work with us. The roofers were here exactly when the were supposed to be and very polite and very hard workers! When they were finished everything was cleaned up completely. I would recommend this company to anyone anytime.

This company does great work with better prices than their competition...friendly and knowledgeable customer service...we had a concrete driveway and patio put in also an awning...a handicap ramp and a handicap shower...we are very pleased with their work and how quickly everything was done...

The staff were very nice and patient throughout the process. Everything in the house looks better than I could ever imagine. Everyone was very respectful and went out of their way to do anything they could. By the time they were done they felt like family. I would definitely recommend D&R Contractors to anyone and will be calling again if I need anything else to be done.

Great communication and workmanship. We definitely recommend D&R. Raffe and his crew were great to work with. They always check to make sure everything is up to standard. We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel and carport addition. They also installed new garage door to make room for man door. Keep up the good work ethics guys and you will go far.

We hired D&R to do a complete remodel on our house. It included the kitchen, dining room, den, exterior doors and siding. Everything was done in an extremely timely manner, beyond our expectations. The crew was clean and respectful. They showed up on time, and the communication is phenomenal. They offered ideas and suggestions based on what we wanted. They truly brought our vision to life! There aren’t enough words for how pleased we are for completely changing our house to better suit our growing family. D&R is the ONLY way to go.

It’s been a while, but I had a TERRIBLE experience with D and R construction. They did not review their crew’s work and I paid the price, literally. I had to pay to have the work redone by someone else because my contact with D and R didn’t answer his phone and a sale contract on the property was in the balance. Use them at your own risk.

As a local realtor, I am always screening service providers who provide excellent service and provide great value to help my clients in their times of need...D & R Contractors is on my list. We had both our 18 year old bathrooms renovated at once so it was going to be a challenging project from the beginning. D&R was extremely communicative and kept me informed every step of the process. We encountered a few hiccups that none of us anticipated but it didn’t derail the project. We are thrilled with the results and will definitely be using D&R for our future home improvement projects.

Absolutely the most professional and honest people to deal with. They came on the day they promised and did an awesome job putting a roof over my deck.

Don't get windows from them first some of the safety locks to prevent the window from being raised were messed up and need to be replace then 3 out of 7 windows fogged up and it took a year to get something done and they just replaced the glass on one of them not the window and almost another year later nothing has been done to the other 2 so much for the lifetime warranty

D and R Construction was a life saver. Even though it was July 4 th they came when I called. What a stressful mess I Had, a toilet that overflowed flooding a hallway 2 closets and part of my bedroom —I was in tears, but With the arrival of D &R they were so reassuring saying they would take care of everything and they were so kind and efficient that this 96 year old woman knew that they would take care of all the damage — and they did. I can’t say enough good things about the beautiful workmanship, and the efficiency which all their workman did their jobs. I not give enough praise to D & R for being a first class company. Our house flooded on a Saturday and they came right away. We were so grateful to have a team like D&R help save the day! 10/10 would recommend!

They were there from cleanup to final touchup. Communication was amazing. Their contractors do amazing work. I could not have asked for a better experience during such a catastrophic loss. I would use them again without hesitation.

A great business! I had Shawn and D and R Siding do my house trim, then windows and then later, my front porch years ago. They stand behind what they sell! Then, just a few years ago, I take care of an older couple in Tullahoma that had gotten burned by other businesses like D and R and they would not do anything to take care of their home. I convinced them that D and R was honest beyond a fault. They came in and in three days transformed their home. My daughter’s house has been damaged by storms twice in the past 16 months. This is a newer home, and D and R did not put up the original trim. BUT, when I asked, they have done everything they can to help her – even to the point of having to find another supplier for the right color of trim.

Some people might talk about how customer centered businesses were in the “good old days”, but let me tell you, the good old days are alive and well at D and R. Shawn and Kimberly are the best one can find.

This team of experts is always willing to help their customers and go above an beyond. Great team to work for! You won't regret doing business with D&R!

Hired D and R to do a list of items. Took 4 months to get to the biggest item and then the poor quality of job did not pass inspection. I reached out to them. No answer. I hired someone else to do the work? Was I supposed to wait another 4 months for a time sensitive situation? The work should have been done correctly the first time. D and R is irresponsible. Any subcontractors they use are their responsibility. It cost me $3200 to correct the shoddy work. DO NOT USE D AND R CONTRACTORS.

I know before we started our home improvement, I am the type of person who does plenty of leg work before I start any project, well I did tons on this one because I knew this one was going to be a major project. I wanted a company that was going to be an “Honest”, ”Reparable”, “Prideful” “Longevity”, “Job Cleanliness”, “Trustworthy” and so much more. I told Scott before we started this project that’s I am not a baby sitter and I want the job done properly. I also said I can become his worse nightmare and the guys worst nightmare. I don’t want to cut my grass and a I find a yard full of nails and one goes through my lawnmower tire. But he assured me there would be no problems. He was absolutely right, none at all. Because I knew the house was needing to have all new siding installed on house and on detached garage, new gutters and downspouts, replaced all windows, adding 1 window, replaced front and back doors, replaced front porch railing and front columns because of rot. Once the siding and gutters was off, had to replace several pieces of plywood, 2x6’s and 2x4’s. Mainly because it wasn’t installed properly due to it from the builder and screwing the homeowner to save himself the builder some money. So of course I scoured the internet and had countless companies, big and small companies come out or either I talked to them over the phone until I found out which I thought would be the right fit to our needs. Then I come across D&R Siding and I started to get to know more about this small town company with Scott Sutton as the Project manager. I was really impressed by the number of years that they have been in business and the happy customer reviews they have. Heck u drive by their headquarters on the way to tullahoma and wouldn’t even notice it. Plus u have a majority of the guys that have been with this company for over 20 years. I can’t say enough about the guys they have working for them. “All I have to say is all the guys from the inside/outside are all extremely nice, hard working, and great to work with, even down to the man picking/dropping off the dumpster. “They picked up behind themselves and blowed off before they left for the day every single day”. I will say this, if I ever need any more work done, I definitely know who to call and the person reading this should do the same. P.S. I am a very picky person and with this company u have “Peace of Mind”. To me that means everything.

Keep up the great work D&R Siding and u will keep staying in business for many more years to come. Always keep putting the customer first like u are doing. P.S. Also I notice ”ALL” of your Employees really seem to like their place of Employment. U can see it in their work and their attitudes. I would say GOD BLESS U FOR THAT. It seems u really take care of your employees.

Their rep did come out but he didn't follow up on our gutter issue, which their company originally installed. All we asked for was to clean out the gutters. Others have had issues with them which surprised us because originally they did a great job for us but this time, nothing, not even a follow up.

Was to have called and set up appointment to come out and review damage to be repaired and replaced. D and R did not call to set anything up for 3 weeks. When they did call me was told they seemed to lost the request somewhere on a desk and just found it. I had the work quoted and completed in the time it took this company to reach after more than one request. I would not use them nor recommend them to anyone no matter what the other reviews might say.

Since 2012 D & R have done 6 different jobs for me:
Replaced my roof. Installed new windows in my home. As well as a very large window in the shop. Replaced damaged gutters. Installed a door & vinyl around two outside doors. Most recently repaired floor damage from leaks in the bathroom, a leak behind the wall in the kitchen, & replaced water heater.
They are all extremely pleasant and efficient to work with. They reply quickly with an inspection & estimate. They do all repairs the right way, when scheduled, as well as clean up when finished. I can highly recommend them and am extremely satisfied with each and every job they have done. I will definitely call them again for any future work.

They have been awesome...they have done work for us on two occasions and have done an excellent job both times. I would add pics but I can't.

D and R is an awesome company. They provided the Fire restoration services in our home. They are very professional and friendly. If you need and disaster restoration services, fire or water, don't hesitate to have them service you.
