I needed my park model home roof replaced. These people were informative and gave me options. They were efficient. I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend this company. I decided to get the Arizona room roof replaced & had them come out. They did another great job.

Dave was a great man, very polite and professional..called him on Saturday and he sent a man out to cover my skylight as it was leaking..came Tuesday and his guys put a new roof on..very happy with..

David is such a wonderful businessman. He is Reliable, professional, trustworthy. Upon inspection of our 4 year old roof, he determined the shingles weren’t holding up as they should. He handled the process of filing a claim with the company which covered the cost of new shingles and repairs installation. David had a crew right on the job! They worked diligently and completed the roof on time. They returned on a Saturday morning to ensure all was complete and cleaned for a party I had planned. It is so reassuring to work with David because I do not doubt everything will be done properly and on time and there are no surprise charges. We totally recommend David and his crew.

Had them re-roof our house about 2.5 to 3 years ago.Had to inspect work constantly due to gaps in tile and some rotted wood not replaced. Last rain developed a leak and went up into attic to inspect and found an area where it looks like one of the workers stepped through some rotting wood and just covered the hole with tar paper.

David Garcia and his whole team were just incredible to work with. I very very rarely do reviews online or surveys; period, so it has to be extremely impressive for me to express my thoughts and experience with a company especially when it is a contractor and insurance claim based.
David who is the owner of D & M Roofing LLC was responsive to my request for an inspection of my roof. He provides aerial photography via drone to give a clear and concise view how much the section of the roof was impacted by the damage due to a storm or debris- in my particular case it was a massive Palo Verde that struck my roof. David's estimates were dead on accurate with zero surprises down the pipeline. With his first and second visit to the dwelling David was able to assess the complete picture by hiring experts with knowledge in their respective field to present the best outcome and craftsmanship. His crew arrived, they were courteous and extremely friendly and professional. A well oiled machine with talent that gave me 1,000% confidence on my decision to hire D & M Roofing LLC.
Lastly Mr Garcia is a man of integrity and re-visited the site to verify everything was in its proper place. I could not be more thrilled and I extremely recommend David Garcia and his work force to provide the best craftsmanship work in the Phoenix metro area.

Great initial call to scheduled an appointment. Rep was great when he came to complete the inspection. Took his time, was patient and I was hopeful. Took close to a week after initial inspection, along with numerous phone calls I had to initiate in request of the bid. Never heard back from the inspector, no phone calls, no email until I contacted the office in order to get the requested bid, then he emailed me once I spoke to the office. Also, was not provided a copy of the drone inspection to go with the quote as I requested. This was merely a damage repair from strong monsoon winds and storm.
This type of ineffectivness, service quality and management does not make me feel comfortable, as this degree of difficulty on the inspection and quote would give me great concerns about the quality of workmanship, and management of the actual job.

I had a new roof done yesterday by D & M roofing. I am thrilled with it & would definitely recommend them. The only glitch was that they brought the wrong brand of shingles (not what was specified on the estimate). I texted my contact and he had the situation rectified. I had gotten 4 estimates, only 2 companies provided written estimates. D&M was less expensive and offered the higher quality shingles (as rated by consumer reports). The team worked like a well oiled machine & the clean up was meticulous. Highly recommend!

D&M Roofing is my roofers for life now. They were very responsive to my roofing issues. Prices very competitive for the exceptional job they do. If you go to any other roofing company, you will regret it later. Dave, you and your company are awesome!!!
