I needed to have asphalt and standing seam metal roof installed on a remodel. Jim was quick to provide a quote on the job. After that it was downhill. Communication became difficult when I asked for an installation date. I was told that due to supply issues the metal was running late. After 5 months the metal was being installed by a subcontractor who told me that was not the case and if I had any issues I needed to call Jim. The roof was finally completed, a week before a snow, and there were some scratches on the metal Ok no big issue I understand that this occurs during installation. I was told I would be given a jar of touchup paint. After multiple attempts of texting and calling I have given up and called the steel company myself and they are shipping one to me. I had given the company multiple attempts to make good but it was the companies lack of response that resulted in the 1 star grade.
