We found D. Cordova Construction on a Google search and selected them based on ratings and reviews, and boy did they not disappoint! Not only did our projects turn out amazing, but Dan and his team were incredibly respectful of our time and our pet situation! Many contractors will just do what you say. But, we really appreciated that Dan took the time to talk things through with us and get us the best and highest chance of resale in the future! I would recommend this company whole heartedly! Thanks Dan and team!

When I started my search for a contractor, I found that many never returned my calls, some that did never showed up to provide a bid, and couple that did show up never provided a bid. I have family members and neighbors who have had poor results with contractors in the past, such as taking money and not providing the work, or providing poor quality. In one case they didn’t pay their vendors who subsequently placed a lien on my family members home resulting in a lawsuit. Luckily, none of that happened to me.

D. Cordova Construction was very prompt, knowledgeable, and listened to everything I wanted. He provided a fair bid and followed through with everything, and actually did more than he was contracted to do. Everything went smoothly, from the architectural design, through the permit process, and through all phases of construction. They also kept me well informed of each phase from start to finish.
A lot of site preparation had to be done prior to construction. They had to remove tons of dirt and vegetation, relocate a buried 1000 gallon propane tank, reroute gas and water lines, and relocate a septic leach field. Then construction began on an 1800sq ft garage addition. His crews did an absolutely beautiful job from the concrete to the roof and everything in between. They met all my electrical needs 240v circuits for hvac, air compressor, welding, and automotive lifts.
They even went above and beyond and installed two lifts and a giant air compressor. They not only did a beautiful job building the garage, but left my property looking amazing.
The amount of work they did, along with the high quality of work left me totally amazed. I feel I was so lucky to find such a great contractor, I wouldn’t use anyone else. I look forward to having D. Cordova Construction do future projects for me.

Dan and his team are amazing! They came in to do a re tile on our whole home and the end result was just beautiful! They communicated with us throughout the whole process, sent pictures, and when we came back home the house was super clean! Couldn’t thank them enough for their hard work! Dan and his team are great! They've enclosed our patio and done landscaping for us. Dan listened to what we wanted both times and delivered as promised. He always responds to texts/calls. We expect to use D Cordova Construction again in the future.

The wind had messed up my home pretty badly and ripped the skirting off amongst other things. I reached out and Dan and his employees were there to check the same day as soon as I was off work with no rush! They did a thorough evaluation, and by 7 am the next day they were there fixing my home! They’re prompt and came through exactly when they said they would! Amazing work done! Looks better than it did before, and definitely done better as the recent winds where I live haven’t had any effect this time around HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dan and team did a great job with my addition from initial planning, all the way through final completion. The entire process was professional, well communicated, and cost effective. Dan is very responsive, great to work with, and is focused on doing everything the right way, not the easy way. Loooong story short…Dan and his crew came out to make our living situation a million times better! From the professionalism of the crew to the knowledge and execution of the long list of things that needed to be completed-there is not one bad thing I can say! Everything was done with precision! Dan followed up not once, but twice to ensure we were happy with the outcome and assured us that we could call anytime if anything needed adjusting. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have had D. After contacting 6 local contractors this company was the only one that actually followed up not only once but twice. I hired them to do renovations on two bedrooms, living room kitchen and bathroom. Not only was the work exception but they were courteous, understanding, finished on time and on budget. I will definitely hire them for future projects!!!

Dan and his team have done a great job on our projects. Helped us paint our garage and apply epoxy floors. Also did a great job on our concrete slab for our outside patio. We have more projects to complete and will definitely be using them for that work. Very reliable, reasonable, responsive and respectful!!
