D & B Continuous Guttering

Our gutters look great and the crew was friendly and respectful. Don,the owner,made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend.

We had new gutters installed on our home. They promptly came out and gave us an estimate. (Within days.) Jerry left us a selection of colors to choose from. They were 2-3 weeks out on work at that point. 2 weeks later they called and set up a day to install. The install was complete in one day. They took all the old gutters away and the new gutters are perfect. They did exactly what they said they would do and actually did some additional flashing on exposed facia boards. Highly recommend.

Do NOT USE THEM. Been waiting since mid July, called several times and the last time they had no idea who I was or records of my estimate. Extremely sloppy and careless business practices. They make promises of start dates then lose your info. Seems as if they bite off more than they can chew or give estimates with NO interest or intentions of doing the work. They just make you wait all summer for nothing. I called a true professional business and they came right out, gave me an estimate and started ON TIME! Wow what a concept right? And they didn’t lead me on. Hope I save someone the trouble.

I was afraid to comment because we saw that you called and threatened some guy for leaving a bad review. My husband told me not to use our real names. We don’t wish to be contacted.

So far, 1 month after agreed start date no one has started or called. I had to call them.

I posted pictures of the job I hired them to do. Instead of calling and asking politely to remove them, I was called and threatened by the “supposed owner, but states below his name is Don” owner to remove the pictures within 5 minutes or she was contacting her attorney. I removed the photos like she asked.

I have text messages from Jerry agreeing to start on August the 9th. Candy couldn’t find any record of my estimate after I have and spoken with her many times. I had to forward the estimate to her.

This company was hired through another contractor to do gutters after a roofing install. At first I was apprehensive about them when they showed up the first time with the wrong material. Due to the distance they traveled (Westfield) they first wanted to put a different product up, but were ok with driving back to get what was ordered. When they returned, they did a fine job repairing the gutterboard where it had pulled away from the house and they also repaired some rotten spots. After the job was completed, I have nothing bad to say. I still get complements on the gutters ( semi-gloss finish) from neighbors.

Great company! They did quality work at a reasonable price. They arrived on time and left the job site clean. Would recommend 100%

I would like to thank everyone at D&B Guttering. We had a new roof put on our house the day before the gutters were to be installed. When they arrived to install the gutters they were not quite done with the roof. D&B went ahead finished the roof and installed the gutters. Thanks again

we were told by candy they were 2 weeks out because they were busy. we called back 20 days later and was told by candy Jerry would have a crew monday,tues or wed. the following monday i received a text they would be there that afternoon. the guy shows up and said theirs no power and could not do the job he called jerry on his cellphone and said they would get back with me . after practically begging Jerry through various text i still have no gutters and over a month of waiting for nothing these people should be sued for wasting peoples time. what a waste, poor communicators

After several calls to see when they would be doing our gutters I have gotten 3 times with today being the 3rd one. I was told they would be here this afternoon and as of now no one has shown up. Last Friday was supposed to be install but it rained yet no one bothered to call and let me know they would not be here. I called late afternoon and was told someone would be in the office on Saturday and check the radar and would text me with when they would be doing the work. I called this morning since I never heard from anybody Saturday and they said it would be done this afternoon. Poor communication with their customers. If they don't show up today I will be calling someone else to do the work.

This company is top notch. Super nice people, excellent prices, high quality products, and professional installation. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
I live in the woods and the installed leaf guards work perfectly. The color match on the new gutters and downspouts is absolutely perfect also. Nobody even notices that they've been replaced.

D&B replaced the gutters on my house in 2015. 3 years later they still look like new. Great pricing and great work. A+

I am a general contractor and use these guys all the time. If they're slow, they're busy. Just ask for a reasonable time frame and wait for them. They will do the job well. On the rare occasion we've had issues, they've been back to fix them for me without issue. Good contractors stay busy and these guys can get a month out. Just manage everyone's expectations and you'll be happy.

After I received an estimate I sent in a signed work order. Eventually they showed up (month or so later) and said the job was too hard they needed their boss to look at it tommorrow. When they were here they said that they would have to go to the harware store to get sheet metal screws! How could they not have screws to do their job? Their boss never showed up, I called and I was told he would be by the next day. It has been a week and I have not heard from them. The roof is one story, almost flat, and needs just two pieces of gutter hung with downspouts, seems odd to me that they would leave me hanging. Not very professional.
