Jason and his team did an amazing job informing us about our mold problem and where it was starting from down to solutions on where to go from here. Did a thorough inspection of the house from the roof to the ac ducts and vapor barrier explaining everything in detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

You couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals than CYPRESS! When our roof was torn off during Hurricane Ian, Jason, the owner & his team – lead by “Big G” – were quick to respond! Not only were they punctual, the entire team was neat, well organized and ever willing to stop and explain anything and everything they were doing. The demo to the bathroom was exceptional and they were able to preserve the delicate wainscoting. They took great care in ensuring the rest of the house was protected, including the floors, during the demo processes. We were especially grateful for the cleanliness of our bedroom and sewing rooms with the careful placement of the containment barrier over the doors. When the barrier was removed from the sewing room, I was astonished that all three sewing machines were dust-free! At the end of each work day, ‘Big G’ made sure we understood what was done, what was to come the next day and wouldn’t leave until we had all questions answered. Oh, the patience! Finally, the willingness of Jason to work with the insurance company and offer helpful tips during these most trying of times was a gift. We were blessed to have these men enter our lives at such a difficult time and though we may never need them again, we have already recommended them to others!

This was my first encounter with a mold remediation process. Im very impressed by this team. They were very responsive from my first email. I contacted them on a Thursday and they were able to get to my home on Monday, viewed and documented the damage my home had. Got the quote the same day and once I signed the necessary paperwork they were able to get me on the schedule immediately. Less than a week from initial contact and my work has been done. Cypress has very professional and honest people working for them. They have experience with major hurricanes and damage along the gulf coast. My wife and I have been thoroughly pleased with their work and willingness to handle insurance companies. We would definitely recommend them.
