We hired Chad for a kitchen remodel to add granite countertops, recessed lighting, painting, and tile backsplash. Chad is a down to earth consummate professional GC. Excellent communication, and readily handles changes to scope and working around our busy schedule in a reasonable way. When the electrical sub recommended six lights to give us good lighting coverage but the contract was for four, it was no problem and no increase in the cost. We love the new look of our kitchen and would want to hire CWS again for any project down the road.

If you like getting called every Friday for more money because he cannot make payroll again. If you like being put off on your job because he spent the money you gave him to do your work on something else. He’s your guy. If you like excuses and lies. He’s your guy. I would not trust him as far as I can throw him. RUN!!! Better yet do not even call.

Complete interior remodel done. Stripped popcorn ceiling. New floors/baseboards with subfloor repairs. New drywall. New doors. Complete new bathroom with subway tiled tub. All fixtures. Painted cabinets and new countertops. All new fixtures. Electrical and Plumbing things done as well. Very well professionally done. Very communicative. Very helpful throughout. Highly recommend and will be my first call for contractor work in the future!

Chad and his crew were hired by my landlord to replace my outdated flooring with new vinyl planking. Chad was very professional and quick to get the job done. He had his crew in and out in a single weekend. They even did a new paint job in the whole suite. Chad himself stayed at my shop late and put the entire place back together again and hung up every picture. He came back to fix a couple areas that needed to be sanded and repainted as well. He was very professional and I would definitely hire him in a minute to do more work. I hope more people hire him because he was honest and sincere and had a great work ethic. Thank you Chad!

Repaired drywall, ceilings, demo built-in entertainment center for larger tv, and painting, created control area for television access. Nice crew!

Chad and his guys did a great job on our bathroom remodeling. They were very professional and on time and great quality. They removed our old bathtub and put a walk-in shower and tiled the entire wall area. It has a uniform and we will definitely use them when we remodel our second a bathroom

I cannot say anything bad about Chad and his crew! They were all polite, professional, kept everything clean, and the work they did looks amazing! (Much better than our builders.)
We had the living space, kitchen, hallway and master bedroom painted including the ceiling and some drywall repaired. They took their time and did everything perfect. I would highly recommend 100%!
