These guys are fantastic! Our workmen were Justin, Mendez and Alejandro…they were all incredibly nice, fast and did really great work! The job was also affordable. We were in a rush to get this work done because we are expecting out of town visitors…they came quickly, got done in three hours with a minimum of dust. Truly professionals and we highly recommend them!

During the inspection he was very thorough in explaining to me what signs to look for to indicate there may be a problem. He left me confident the condition of my foundation was as he evaluated it. They are not the type of people to recommend unnecessary work. For this I commend them.

Eric May came to my house to do an inspection for us as we have noticed some cracks in the outside walls and water under the house due to all the recent weather. Eric was very informative and thorough with his inspection. He went through step by step on what was causing our issues as well as what we would be looking at for a solution. I met with John Davenport recently to check out a problem in my home. He discovered a very hidden plumbing leak that was the source of the problem. Another foundation company looked a few days before and quoted me a price for solution that would not have resolved the issue at all. I appreciate John's honesty; his thorough assessment saved me a lot of money and headache. This is the kind of company you want to do business with.

The Crack Guys service is from a bygone era. Friendly, prompt follow-up from the first call through completion. The crew that sealed my crawl space (Justin, Nathaniel and Mendez) was professional. Even though there was some trouble that popped up, solutions were offered and we’ll get to the finish line.

I called Eric May For some advice on some foundation, and drainage issues I’m having at my house. He came out the next day, and addressed all of them. He let me know what I could do on my own to save money, and set me up with the fix I needed from the crack guys. Awesome experience. The Crack Guys did a great job encapsulating our crawlspace. I got 6 quotes for the work and theirs was the best (some were 4x the cost) and theirs work came with a lifetime guarantee. Our crawlspace used to flood anytime it rained hard and it stressed me out every time. A few days after they completed the work (which looks amazing) we got a torrential downpour and I could just sit on my porch and just enjoy the rain with total peace of mind!

Eric took his time and answered every question and concern we had. I would refer anyone who had concerns or questions about their foundation to give Eric and his company (The Crack Guys) a call to set up an appointment.

We had Brian Hargis out today to inspect our crawlspace for mold. 10/10 recommend him and his company! He was personable and professional! My kids even commented on how nice he was after he left! He explained everything that was going on I’m thorough detail and helped me to understand without making me feel dumb. He took his time in the crawlspace and made sure to check over every inch and took photos. No detail left out. We are so appreciative of him and the job that he did for us today!

Patrick Reist from The Crack Guys is a total pro. He shows up on time, explains what’s wrong with your foundation in plain English, and fixes it right. Super friendly, no BS, and his work’s solid. Highly recommend him and The Crack Guys for any crack or waterproofing job.

We had Patrick evaluate a property we were considering purchasing because water was found in the crawl space on inspection. His evaluation of the space also revealed mold and fungus. His detailed explanation of why water had accumulated and why mold had grown and what measures needed to be taken to treat the mold and fungus and minimize further damage revealed the extent of the problem to us and made us well informed when we went back to the builder to have it fixed. We decided to walk away from the sale because the builder balked at having the problems fully addressed. We feel like Patrick saved us from buying a ticking time bomb and will go to him first if we ever need a moisture mitigation specialist in the future.

Lance was the best!!! I called him and by Friday he had the inspection done and everything sent over for us very quickly. Professional work and I can’t say enough about him and the crack guys they have been such a great guy and Company!!!! Thank you again Lance for all you have done!!!!

I am editing my review because we spent a huge amount to get the porch bricks repointed as part of this repair, and the mortar cracked within the first few days of the repair. It has continued to worsen. The company refuses to address the issue.

We have now used the Crack Guys for two jobs, the service was great, the price was right on, and the end result was FANTASTIC.

Brian came out for an inspection and quote and he was absolutely top notch. He took his time. He was thorough and careful. He was highly articulate and communicated all the details clearly. He was straightforward. And, it was clear that he was trying to not waste our money. In short, Brian instilled trust and confidence. I don't know what else we could ask for.

Recently had a worker come out and give us a quote and he pretty much pressured my husband into going ahead and signing up to get the job done we have a scheduled job coming up and it’s so expensive we told him it was going to be to much for us monthly to pay and he told us it was 6 months free with no payments or interest until after 6 months and that’s not the case so after he had my husband sign the contract we are screwed because we have to start paying now not in 6 months he lied to us and put us in a really horrible financial mess that he was told we wouldn’t be able to afford right now!!! This is not how you gain customers by lying to them, tricking them to sign a contract and charging so much knowing we said it was to much right now!! It’s 40,000 that we don’t have! I’m very pissed about this situation!! This is not a great company! He never should have put so much pressure on my husband and he definitely never should have lied to us!!! I would never recommend this company and anyone reading this please look elsewhere not at this company we definitely made a huge mistake trusting them!!

She was very apologetic when she didn’t need to this was not her fault, but she was able to work her magic and fix our payment options! I’m very grateful she took the time to help us and make it right! Now we are just waiting on our appointment in June and I will update again after everything gets worked on and fixed at our home.Again we cannot thank Anne enough!

Andy Baron came by right on time and did a thorough inspection of some pretty serious issues I have under my house in the crawlspace. He was thorough in the inspection, took many pictures of the current problems, gave me an estimate and we've got the service scheduled to remedy the problems. UPDATE: The work repairing my crawlspace is completed as of today. Holy cow what a transformation. That crawlspace went from a swampy hell to a dry, clean, flat crawlspace. Looks better than new.
