Customer 1st Roofing was wonderful to work with. They re- coated and fixed my roof, and it turned out great. They had great communication and fair prices. Will definitely use them again!!

Tyler did a great job. Everything was covered in plastic to protect our belongings and house and he kept in close contact throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Customer 1st. Great price and couldn’t be happier.

Owner came out, and looked at needed roof repair.
Advised he would have his office get an estimate out right away for the needed repair. 3 days passed without a word. I called, was advised they would get back with me. No word back at all.
"Customer 1st Roofing" evidently doesn't apply to my ROOF! Very DISAPPOINTED!

My homestead house built in the early 1900’s had a very old roof that had been coated intermittently. It leaked a lot. Just coating it wasn’t getting the job done anymore.

I contacted my realtor to get a recommendation for a roofer. He referred me to Customer 1st Roofing. Tyler, the owner, came out right away to inspect the roof and give an estimate for putting closed-cell foam on it. Arizona has had tons of rain all summer long. Weather prevented the work from being done immediately, but I had active leaks, so Tyler did some emergency patchwork on the leaking areas to keep me going until weather permitted the work to proceed

They stayed in touch with me in the interim. When it was time, the work went smoothly. Tyler did everything himself, which pleased me immensely. I have a 5-year warranty, so if the roof leaks, he will come out and fix it at his expense including parts and labor. Five years from now he will reinspect the roof to see if it needs to be recoated; it will not need to be re-foamed. I was away when the work was performed, so returned home to find a beautiful new roof with everything in place on the ground as though he had never been there.

I am moving and needed a repair on my roof so I contacted Customer 1st roofing. The response was quick and fair in quote. Tyler came out and did a FANTASTIC job. WOW my roof looks amazing. This company is SUBURB at what they do. If you need any work on your roof, I would not hesitate in hiring them.
Tyler and his wife Sonja not only provided AMAZING service but are incredibly kind. During the repair I had to put my 17 year old dog to sleep. These beautiful people went above and beyond to express their condolences. Amazing work along with such kindness, is rare these days.

I needed to replace my aging asphalt shingle roof and used Angie’s List to find roofing contractors with excellent reviews. One of the companies I contacted was Customer 1st Roofing. I contacted co-owner Sonja Lundahl by phone to make an appointment for her husband and co-owner Tyler Lundahl to come out to give a bid. Sonja was very pleasant on the phone and Tyler was able to come out within a day or two. When Tyler came out he was friendly and professional. We talked about options and the estimate was e-mailed to me the following day. I received 4 bids and Customer 1st Roofing’s bid was very competitive with (slightly lower than) the other bids.

Since I am a person who likes to know details, over the next several weeks I e-mailed Sonja with a multitude of questions. I wanted to know details of the various materials that would be used (shingles, underlayment, nails vs staples, patio roofing material, ridge vents, etc). Sonja was super responsive and always provided thorough responses, including links to various material options. She never made me feel like I was bothering her. She was very patient and did not try to pressure me to make any decisions. They have determined over the years what quality products to use and never tried to upsell me. If anything, I was the one asking about more expensive options, and she/Tyler would advise me about the pros and cons. Sonja does not do the installation but she is very knowledgeable and I learned to trust her responses. We e-mailed back and forth for over a month.

I decided to go with Customer 1st Roofing because I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were doing and I knew I could trust them to be very focused on customer service, based on the service Sonja had provided me. I also very much liked the fact that they employ (not subcontract) one crew of three men who have been working for Customer 1st Roofing for several years.

We were able to schedule the roof replacement in early January, about 1 month after deciding to go with Customer 1st Roofing. Sonja kept me completely advised about weather forecasts so that we could find a timeframe with decent weather. Tyler came with the crew (Elmer, Andres, Angel) early on the scheduled Monday morning. The work ethic and expertise exhibited by the team was superior. They worked hard and kept me informed of any issues they encountered so we could discuss. I would on occasion go up on the roof to monitor progress and ask questions and they had no problems with that. They kept the work area pretty tidy as they cleaned up at the end of every day. They finished the job (removing 1 layer of shingles and replacing 33 squares) in 3.5 days. Tyler told me they don’t try to go so fast that they risk poor workmanship, which I appreciate. Tyler had me inspect the roof before the team left. The dumpster was removed from my driveway the day after completion.

The roof looks great. I could not be more happy with the roof and with the exceptional customer service I received from Customer 1st Roofing, from the beginning of the process to the finished roof. Customer 1st Roofing is top notch from beginning to end! They came out for an estimate the same day I contacted them. Sent an expedited estimate, assisted with submitting estimate to insurance company, scheduled repair of roof and showed up on time as scheduled. The repair was done in the time frame stated and all remnants of the repair were cleaned and removed the day they were done. Price and quality of workmanship is unbeatable! Don’t look any further, you have found the BEST ROOFING COMPANY IN THE VALLEY!

I highly recommend Customer 1st Roofing. After facing storm damage this September, I decided it was time to replace my old roof. Tyler and his crew tore my entire old roof off, replaced all the plywood, and resurfaced. They were punctual, clean, professional, and did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier! Many of my neighbors have used him and I continue to sing their praises to anyone who'll listen. This is a fantastic company!!! Measured for scupper extensions, had made with a turn down bottom, and installed. Recent rains didn't run down walls. Great job
