My new roof looks great and the guys were great. Especially with my extra requests. Only issue was the waiting time but was expected as we had both hurricanes come thru. Staff was very professional and efficient: quiet(I work from home)i and in and out. Cleanup was ok though I have stepped on a ffew nails. No problem with using them anytime.

It's great to have Custom Roofing Solution LLC as my help with the roof issue. Especially, Mr. Austin Waugh, who was their first representative that I contacted, kept following up with me and guiding me step by step to approach my insurance for speedy processing of the claim until I received their approval. Although some delay occurred due to USPS mail delivery. Mr. Austin attempted to locate the important mail that obtained final approval from my home insurance company. I strongly recommend this company to everyone.

Man I am grateful my co worker referred me to Austin Waugh. The process was simple & he was always there for me every step of the way. We had no clue we had storm damage & he did an inspection, found damage & we got a full roof replacement for only our $1000 deductible! I met Austin Waugh and he informed me about a program where I could replace my roof for only my insurance deductible. His explanation was clear and concise and after a few months I had a new roof. I paid $2500 for my roof as opposed to a $11,500 that I was quoted by a roofer. My initial skepticism was erased and in a state where you have to replace your roof more frequently than many other states, I was fortunate to get the discounted roof!

My neighbor got a new roof, so my interest was peaked, and he referred me to Austin Waugh who helped him through his process. I originally had a quote for $17,000 & after he did his inspection, he helped me through the full process of getting my insurance company to replace it in full. Which left me with just my $2500 deductible. Customer Roofing solutions Will always get referred to anyone that comes up.

Really impressed with Custom Roofing Solutions! My old roof was a mess, stains everywhere and shingles missing here and there, even had some leaks when it rained hard. Talked to Zach and he sorted everything out. The crew worked fast and now the roof looks solid and no more leaks. They were straight up about what needed doing and didn't leave any mess behind. Definite 5 stars for these guys, highly recommend em if your roof's got issues.
