Custom Roofing of South Carolina, Inc.

After a brief dispute, I have been contacted by the company to resolve my leak issue. They did apologize for not responding in a timely manner and are willing to make any necessary repairs.

Mr. Pool Jr. Replaced my roof on 10-2015. Since that time I have had several leaks around my Skylight. Each time I called Mr. Pool (3 times for leaks), he was Cavellier about the complainants. It was not until I mentioned, I would contact someone from the “DAV”, that he got serious about sending someone out to fix the problem. My bathroom ceiling has several water stains and the ceiling paint is chipping. I had another roofer come out to fix the leak around the skylight in January of 2020. Now water is coming in around the toilet vent. Before Custom Roofing put the new roof on, I did not have any leaks. The roof was old, and I had to replaced it before a refinance.
I am a disabled veteran on a limited income, and can’t really afford all these extra repairs. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work Custom Roofers did, and definitely do not recommend them!

Mr. Pool did a great job from the very first call. He showed up for the estimate when he said he would and completed the estimate thoroughly. They sent a proposal to me that afternoon and were quick and responsive to all my questions.
Once the job began, his crew made sure our yard was in better shape than they found it and they actually finished a day sooner than expected. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and craftsmanship on their roof.
