Plenty of great roofing companies in the Salt Lake Valley to deal with some people like this. Take your business elsewhere you’ll thank me later. Want an example? Just look at the accountability on this guy with his response. Find a real roofing professional. Not some ignorant kid running a small business himself.

I can not say enough good about the job Jaime and his team did for us. We had a big problem and Jaime knew just what to do to fix it. He worked hard to get us the matching color of our metal roof, did excellent work and even came back immediately to make a small adjustment. I can highly recommend Custom Roofing LLC!

Custom Roofing LLC is the best roofing contractor in the whole Salt Lake City area. Out of the 8 bids we had gotten, his was by far the most reasonable. Jaime and his crew were fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable as far as what products would be best for us, and not just what he wanted to sell us on. They Got in and did the demo quickly, and before we knew it were on to putting the new roof on. There were a couple of hiccups, but they immediately addressed and fixed them. Then to top it off, we asked them last minute if they could do our shed that also needed it, and they quickly agreed and did it as well. The roof looks super and we feel they were amazing. Don’t hesitate to call, Jaime is super friendly.

Jaime was great. We requested a bid, and received it the same day. He followed up with a phone call to make sure we had received his bid and let us know when he would be available. The new roof was started and completed within 3 days. The roof looks amazing and clean up was awesome!

Jamie was great to work with. I had the roof and gutter replaced this summer with custom roofing. The crew was fast and they did a great job for me. Jamie would go into the very detail to make you happy with the work. I will recommend custom roofing to anyone who needs roof work.

I had a great experience with Jaime. He was on top of every detail. The work was done in a timely manner. On a very complex roof, he brought in a crew that quickly accomplished the tear-off and then sealed it well while the shingles were installed. Given the complexity, installing shingles took awhile. But the look of the finished roof was worth it.
