Gave Custom Roofing and Chimney Services a call when I noticed water marks on the ceiling near the fireplace, they were quick to respond that they would be out to look at it. Dave and Vinny came out and decided that when the roof was replaced 2 years ago the flashing around the chimney wasn't properly installed. Vinny adjusted his schedule and came back 2 days later before the next rain storm and replaced all the flashing and sealed it. Couple days later the sky opened up and it poured, took a look in the attic and everything was dry, thank you Dave and Vinny for your quick response will definitely be calling you when needed for chimney services

Dave and Vinny have set the bar extremely high for future contractors. I had a significant amount of work to be done on both my roof and chimney. Not only were their quotes reasonable, but they took the time communicate timeline changes due to weather.

I had chimney repairs with some companies suggesting a full rebuild of multiple chimneys. Dave explained why that wasn't necessary and showed me where things were good and where I needed repairs. I got honest answers on a topic I didn't know and he earned my trust.

It was also determined that my roof was at the end of its life and I should be doing both in conjunction. After several more quotes from different chimney and roofing contractors with a wide range of suggested chimney fixes, most of the reasonable solutions matched what Dave had quoted.

He had a great price, gave me honest answers, and was going to coordinate the roof work and chimney work so I didn't have to hire two contractors and worry about timing.

He answered all of my questions during the job and never made me feel like I was bothering him. The cleanup was spectacular as well. I mowed my lawn the week after the job was done and no tires were popped from missed nails. Dave and his team went above and beyond to ensure my family had a safe yard to play in.

The chimney looks like a work of art and I have every confidence in the work. The roof looks amazing as well.

I needed a routine chimney cleaning done and Custom Roofing Chimney Services where excellent! I called at 4pm on a Monday and they where able to fit in the Chimney cleaning before 5pm! Excellent service, where able to fit me in during a busy time of year, and had very reasonable prices when compared to other companies! Will be using them again!

Called for a quote, showed up as promised, provided a fair and reasonable estimate. I had multiple estimates one which said i needed to rebuild part of my chimney. David showed me why that was not true, and was honest about the work that really needed to be done. I recommend this company.

Awesome guys. Dave and Ryan really helped me in an emergency. I had my gas turned off due to backdraft from my chimney so I had no heat or hot water.

I would have left this review back in October but David texted me the wrong link.. Custom Roofing & Chimney are THE BEST! I started placing ad's back in April/May of 2019 ( Craigslist ) and answering ad's that claimed to do 'Chimney repairs' and NOBODY ever called me back! So I gave up throughout the summer, but knowing we were heading towards winter and the mortar between some area's of the bricks on my chimney were eroding- I e-mailed about a dozen companies on Craigslist or through internet search sites. The ONLY person who got back to me was David, saying.. "I'd like to help you out and could possibly squeeze you into a very busy schedule. He showed up 2 days later, 10 minutes before he'd approximated he would... was very professional and 10 minutes later had worked up a quote and said he had some work going on the next town over that was wrapping up and could have my job started in about an hour! Less than an hour later, an employee ( wish I'd gotten his name).. a tall black guy who was as professional as his boss showed up and David helped him set-up initially. Preceding this, David had written up a simple, straight-forward and UNDERSTANDABLE contract which he went over carefully with me before I signed. He also said I could 'pay when the job is done' ( unlike so many contractors who want 50% up front. Well.. David said ( as did the great employee ) 'it will look BEAUTIFUL and when it was done a few hours later- it WAS beautiful! GREAT company, GREAT people and I of course asked for a couple business cards for future work as well as to recommend to anyone I know seeking the companies many services! If I could give TWENTY stars.... I would!!
