I went in there to purchase 14 sheets of steel. They were very courteous to me, brought the order directly. The guys were at lunch, but as soon as the guys were back from lunch, they rolled off the material fresh and gave me a flawless cover sheet also so it’s kind of extra just in case I screw one up, the guys in the back loaded mine professionally and we’re courteous. Also enjoyed the whole experience will definitely return not to mention excellent price on the metal.

Custom Metal has went above and beyond helping us with a shelter house roof that is anything but exact! They custom made caps and edges, and they were ready for pick up ahead of schedule!

The Custom Metal team is top notch! In a post pandemic world of extended lead times, they are consistently 48 hours or less on their turn around times. Great people working here too. Highly recommend!

If i could give a zero for stars i would. i used to recommend this company to people but not anymore after getting screwed.As a matter of fact go anywhere else Menard's. Lowe's or any other company even if you have to go out of state. They cost me a half days work and they wouldn't take back material that they gave me that I didn't order because it was past their unknown return policy of 10 days. So just stuck with material that was not on order. Make sure before order complete any order that you double and triple check their math and materials on the order and when picking up make sure they count every piece in front of before leaving because if it takes you more than 10 days to use they will not take back or even give you store credit for the products they sell. I don't trust their warranty because of this. If they wont do the right thing and make your order right why would they keep their word on anything.

Been getting metal from here for a long time. Every time I’ve been there the girl is the office always greets me with a smile and is very helpful. The guys are the same way smiling and very knowledgeable and helpful. I pass several other places to get metal on my way there. I keep going to Custom Metals Inc. because of their customer service and friendly atmosphere. Do your selves a favor and trust them with all your metal needs. I normally don’t do a lot of reviews but felt the need to express my gratitude and experiences with them.

The custom metal team does a great job. Give them your project details and what you’re trying to do and they’ll take care of you. Did a small project in the garage and they were super easy to deal with and I received great product.

Great people and awesome materials. I drive over an hour each way and it's worth the time and fuel. The guys in the shop are friendly and very helpful. The product is always top notch and very durable. I always recommend them to anyone who needs a metal roof or siding. I've never had any issues with their metal. Made in house by great professional guys and gals.

Gave them my plans. They did the order. Came out great. My first sheet metal job. The warehouse manager took me back and gave me some helpful tips. Less expensive than Menards. Thicker better formed metal!

Had an unique order that a couple places didnt see to care about or get back with me. Skylar was more than helpful and responsive in a timely manner. At pickup the whole staff was extremely helpful and polite which is uncommon for non sales people Would definitely order here again.
