I have been doing work with Isaac for many years and when it was time for us to do a major addition, we called on his firm. Isaac and his team were a pleasure to work with; always cleaned up, thoughtful around my young sons, honest and hard working. I recommended him to my neighbor and they also had a great job done by Isaac.

Issac helped us to build our truly custom dream home from what was a bare lot with a hole in the ground. He was a pleasure to deal with through all the complications that arise during the process and his ability to remain calm throughout put us at ease. He is always available to communicate with and has helped to answer questions subsequent to completion of the project. Most of the subcontractors were of a high quality and his suggestions along the way were helpful. I would recommend working with Isaac and Custom Concepts and will be contacting him in the future for any additional project needs.

Custom Concepts rebuilt a deck on the back of our home. Every step along the way, Isaac (the owner) delivered on time, and on budget. Since our deck is a multi level deck on a slope, the build was not as straightforward; Isaac and his team managed the building project very well, clearly communicating along the way. I would work with Isaac and his team again in a heartbeat.

Isaac and his crew were great to work with. Our bed/bath project had to meet certain needs, and we appreciated the way he worked through the planning stage to get it right. The project was (mostly) on schedule and on budget. The workers were polite and tidied up at the end of the day, and from the rough work to the finish everything was done with real professionalism. I highly recommend Isaac Low and his team. We have done countless revovation projects in our home over the past 23 years. This was the best experience we have had. Everyone was highly qualified and very nice. The timing of the project went as expected. The communication between Isaac and us was excellent. The end result is highly satisfactory.

From signed contract to completion took WAY longer than I expected (thank you covid and supply chain issues), but my addition of an oversized attached garage, with mudroom that necessitated a redo of my family room and an unanticipated addition of a new porch has been finished. And man was it worth the wait.
This is the second project I've done with Custom Concepts, and I would go back to them in a heartbeat for a third.
Every Custom Concepts employee and subcontractor used by Isaac are all class acts and I would recommend any of them as well.
I recently said to Isaac, I now have the house I didn't know I wanted and it is way better than i ever envisioned.

I've used Custom Concepts for a number of large jobs from bathroom remodeling to recently building a new garage. Isaac and his crew were always professional and easy to work with. The entire process went smooth. The quality of work was exceptional and timely. They kept a clean job site and were very considerate when working in our home. Great. From beginning to end Isaac Low did an outstanding job. This was not an ordinary bathroom renovation. We had to move a load bearing wall and the location of the toilet and sinks. Isaac had helpful ideas in the process. His crew is always on time, polite and clean. We did run into an issue with a tile sub contractor whose work was not perfect - Isaac made him rip out all the work and start from scratch. Took an extra 2 days but it was worth it - most general contractors are not willing to do that. guests constantly compliment us on the bathroom and say feels like that they are in a high end hotel with all the fine wood working and marble floor and counters.

I would absolutely use Isaac again in the future. He isn’t the cheapest you will find but prices are competitive . the quality and experience are excellent.

Isaac and his team were professional, clean and friendly. The in-law apartment they added on to our house for my parents is beautiful and well-built. Everyone comments on how it fits so nicely on the existing house and they especially love the front porch. We appreciated the ease of communication as well as the timeliness with which they responded to whatever was needed. I would use Custom Concepts again in a heartbeat. Isaac and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel! They are professional, nice, easy to reach, didn't make a mess and care about their customers. We wanted a more open/brighter kitchen in our colonial home. We absolutely love the work they did.
