My home was damaged from a hail storm and Bryan and his team worked with me every step of the way to get it repaired. Insurance dragged their feet and tried to not pay for everything, but Bryan stayed after them and got them to repair what needed to be repaired. He also got me two new A/C units to replace the damaged ones! This repair stretched on for 10 months because of insurance, but Bryan stayed on it. Thank you Bryan!!!!

My project manager, Jonathan Keen, managed the project all the way through, was consistent with his communication, ensured that work was completed on time and within budget, and managed the communication and scheduling with my insurance company and adjustor making my life easier. Bryan and his team at Custer Remodeling did a wonderful job dealing with my insurance company. It took 4 different appraisals to get Allstate to realize the extent of the hail damage to my roof. We were so happy with our experience with Custer Remodeling. I don't think there's anything they do not do. We filed our first insurance claim and besides a new roof, ended up with new siding, window screens, and to top it off a new AC unit and furnace. I was dreading the whole roofing experience, but Custer Remodeling made it easy. Our job site manager "Logan Swanson" was always there from the very beginning to the end. He answered all my questions, took care of all the paperwork, and was on site everyday making sure the roof installation was painless to me the homeowner.
