Very helpful and friendly.
I was in and out with what i was looking for in 15 minutes
Cut me a vehicle key for my truck which has been difficult to find anywhere since most all stores have gone to automated machines.

Bought a brand new Stihl weedeater 2 months ago. After 3 uses on normal lawn weeds, the head broke. Curts in Abingdon would not honor the warranty because the head isn't covered. What crap. For this kind of performance and warranty, one could and should just buy a cheap Walmart weeseater. Very disappointed. The technician even so much as accused me of hitting it to hard on the ground. Don't buy power tools from this bunch. I had to pay for a new head. Contrary to what the owner said in his reply, the head was not abused. I'm a 62 y/o man and the only person who used this tool. 2 years ago, I had shoulder surgery and one of my bicep tendons released. I have very little strength left in my right arm. I couldn't abuse the head if I tried.

My Family and I have been shopping at this location since it opened. The employees are very knowledgeable and professional and the store is very clean and organized. It's a far better experience than going into Lowe's

This store is awesome! Very friendly and the customer service is top notch. I ordered a grill and the communication regarding the delivery was impeccable. They even put together and installed the rotisserie I ordered with the grill. They set the grill up where I wanted it (I wasn't home but they confirmed with my wife) and had everything ready to go when I got home.

I just made the best brisket I've ever eaten in my entire life and the great folks at Ace Hardware Abingdon are completely to blame. Thanks guys!!!

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
