This used to be a great business I'm not sure what has happened. I went there 2 months ago to get my enclosed trailer floor repaired that I purchased there in 2013. I was told they would email me a estimate within a few days. I'm still waiting a estimate from them.

I ended up going to another trailer dealer in the area they gave me a estimate while I waited and fixed my trailer 2 days later. If I ever need to purchase another trailer I will take my business there.

Repaired my twenty-year old truck topper. They did a fantastic job, and were polite and professional during all parts of the process. Highly recommended.

Today was the first time visiting this business and I can say I WILL be back. My dad had a scooter lift on the back of his truck that was making it difficult for him to back up. After my parents checked several locations they stopped in to See-Mor about a week ago. They were very kind to them and said bring it in they would take a look at it. Today's visit was supposed to just be for them to look at and schedule for removal. Upon arrival, they offered to remove it right then and said it could be done in just a couple of minutes. Please note several other locations led my parents to believe this would be a cumbersome & costly task. It was a pleasure meeting the sibling team that now runs this establishment. Thank you for your kindness and running a business with integrity and most of all taking care of my veteran father!

We needed to have a sensor on our stabilizer adjusted and a new air conditioner put in. They did a great job on both but especially on the air conditioner. They went above and beyond by also working on our existing thermostat and making sure that it worked as intended with the new air conditioner. This was a complicated process that required research and study. We couldn’t be more pleased!

We recently bought a utility trailer here and the customer service was outstanding and the prices were the lowest in the area. Thank you again for being awesome!

We were on a road trip in the RV and had battery issues and generator issues. The folks at see-mor saw us immediately and took care of our issue. Jack, Dennis, and Malcom along with the front office staff were a great team and we had an amazing experience.

I wandered into See Mor 4+ years ago to get a price on a cap from my truck. That cap turned into many more products for that truck, then storing and maintaining my camper there and now outfitting my new truck.
I’ve sought their advice before buying a new camper and now a new truck.

We had a tire blowout on our camper heading northbound on 81. The blowout ripped wiring loose to our lights on our rig. VA DOT assisted with the tire change and recommended See-Mor Truck to contact for the wiring repair. I made the call to See-Mor and the very kind lady on the phone told us to come right in. Once we arrived at their location, they had us pull our rig in immediately to start the repair. The repair was made and we were back on the road in no time. We can't say enough for the prompt service and kindness that we received from the folks at See-Mor. Thank you again!!

This was my first experience with See-Mor Trucks. I’m good friends with Allen Good and he referred me to your company for a custom order. Both Megan and Hunter went out of their way to help me today. This morning I fell and wasn’t feeling well but in spite of my special needs I received excellent customer service. Please pass along my appreciation to your staff.

Just got are Rockwood ultralite inspected staff behind the desk greeted me right away. Cody the technician was super nice asked if I had any concerns that I wanted him to look at afterwards told me everything that he checked and recommended a product for later use and said everything was good to go. Thanks again and I’ll be back for all my RV needs

Everyone at SeeMor is the best!! They stand behind their work and when other garages fail to properly diagnose issues, they come through in minutes. I had an issue not related in any way to a SeeMor installation or part. They took the time to diagnose and fix the issue in record time. I appreciate their dedicated service to their customers. I highly recommend these fine folks!

We have Newmar Dutch Star RV and had issues with our generator while visiting Virginia. See-Mor was not only able to get out to us in a timely fashion, but the technician, Jack was the friendliest and most knowledgeable person we have ever had the pleasure of talking to! He had our generator up and running in no time and went above and beyond to assist us with another issue we mentioned. I would HIGHLY Recommend them to anyone and would give them 10 stars if I was able to!!! Thank you for restoring faith in humanity, which is so hard to come by these days!

We had them replace the roof on our travel trailer, and they did it in record time. They did a great job! We've had them do other work for us in the past, and we've been quite satisfied every time.

When I arrived to pick up our truck it wasn't finished even though they told me it was ready to go. Also they cracked my dash and said they would fix it. However after calling back to ask them to fix it they said the part was no longer available so they couldn't help me out. The communication could have been better.
UPDATE: about 3 months after this review See-Mor called us to inform us they found the part to fix the cracked dash. It is now fixed.

Returned in 2025 for a tonneau cover and window visors. See-Mor does not disappoint. Amanda patiently discussed products and options until I made my decision. Derek was the installer and he too carefully explained features. Good work and good products.

The nicest, friendliest people work here! We ordered running boards over the phone while talking with one of the women. She found the perfect match for our truck and scheduled the install appointment. We are extremely happy with the service and with our new running boards!

This place is awesome. We were a New Zealand family travelling around the US when our slide refused to come in while we were overnighting in a Walmart car park. We tried everything and the manual override didn’t work either. We were well and truly stuck. Thankfully these guys came to our rescue. Despite being extremely busy, they sent a mechanic to our rescue. The problem turned out to be fairly complex so it was great to be dealing with knowledgeable professionals. Furthermore they even refunded a faulty part when we posted it back to them from Florida! They are a totally honest and reliable crowd to deal with.

I would recommend See Mor Customs for anyone who has a trailer needing inspection or repairs! They do a fantastic job!

A broken toilet stopped us from travelling to our home in Utah. After explaining my problem, Brandi went right to work finding a replacement which was delivered the next day. About that same time, she had an authorization from our warranty company to proceed. When we returned for installation of the new toilet, I was met at the door by Malcolm, one of their three certified RV techs. Not only did he complete the removal and replacement in about an hour but, also filled our propane and fresh water tanks. Upon returning to our campsite, I discovered that the hand sprayer wasn't working. When I spoke over the phone with Malcolm he offered to swing by after work to take a look. Problem solved in about 5 minutes after he arrived. All in all, one of the best, if not the very best, experience we have ever had getting our motorhomes serviced at any number of RV service facilities in nearly 20 years. Thanks to all concerned at See-Mor. Please keep up the excellent customer care.

As a vendor for our store they are wonderful and pleasant to work with over the phone. Keith is awesome and works hard to find the parts I need now as opposed to a week.
I had the pleasure to go to the location today and on Rt. 11 if you blink you might miss it. Nestled next to a beautiful house, no massive blasting road sign, but generally there are trailers out front. Easy parking and a wonderful staff indoors. Beautiful showroom with plenty of parts, and a repair shop in the back.
Just a great experience all around.

Here for camper repairs and inspection. The parking lot is not the best for larger campers to turn around. Great service and friendly staff.

Absolutely wonderful experience getting my RV repaired there. They were able to connect with Forest River to get my camper fixed under warranty and kept me in the loop the whole time. Excellent customer service and the staff were fantastic!! I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their camper serviced.

I've been getting not just truck accessories but both truck and car accessories from See-Mor Truck Tops since 1999! The people who work there are all very knowledgeable and nice people who do not mind explaining things about the products your buying or interested in and the guys who install the accessories do a great job and never leave my vehicles dirty or scratched and they take their time and do it right!

Took our RV to See-Mor for some maintenance prior to hitting the road. Their professionalism, friendliness and price was superb. I would definitely recommend using them for your RV service.

I wasn't expecting a same day fix but they got in done in under 30 minutes. I was also expecting it to cost way more than it did. The whole interaction was the most pleasant I've had in a long time.

The entire experience has been the best an RV Owner could hope for. We’ve been to the bigger guys along our way, it’s different here. Family owned and you can count on them to do what they say and when. Moved from Fl. To VA. & we’ve found our place. We’ve also purchased a car hauler for our trips now and couldn’t be happier.

We are from our of state and stuck on 81...with a trailer tire that needs repair...called 10 places before them...nobody could or would help. They are on their way now! Great service....thank goodness!

If you need trailer hitches,etc this is the place to go. Had to replace light hook up installed in Staunton on Greenville Ave. . Save yourself the expense of having it done twice and go to More Truck-tops. They could definitely be a little friendlier.

They have always done the inspection on our equipment. Last year we felt they did unnecessary repairs but let it go. This year they found over 700 dollars of repairs that they needed to do in order to pass inspection. Little did they know the trailer never moved other than to drive to and from their place for inspection.

You get what you pay for !!! The tiny bit more you may pay for a product, is nominal compared to the service and knowledge you get with every purchase. Megan was game on for making sure I got what I wanted for my truck. The entire staff takes a lot of pride in there work. The products they sell are what they believe In, and it’s obvious they back up and warranty what they sell. Great job ! Your team inspires me!
