I live in an old house (built in the 1920's) that developed a significant roof leak. I researched several roofers and got bids. I decided to go with Joe's Roofing. His price was reasonable and he is an experienced roofer. Of course, even though I did a some research, you can never quite know how a contractor is going to work out for you. Anyway, I was very pleased with the work his crew did and Joe was on-site most of the time supervising and inspecting the work. I thought the metal roof was original, but we found an even older shingle roof underneath. It was a big job stripping everything down to the wood boards but they handled it without any problem and really cleaned up my yard when they were done. I would recommend Joe to anyone whether you have a shingle or metal roof.

Joe gave us a quote before we closed on our new home so we could come in with a fair offer. Once the deal was done, Joe and his team fit us in quickly and completed the job swiftly. I just moved to Virginia from Florida and needed a roof replacement immediately. Joe's Roofing was one of the few that I called for an estimate. He quickly came out for an estimate and also offered to tarp my roof to protect from further damage from moisture. At first, we figured for a month or two out for replacement. After learning about the moisture issue, he pushed the date up. I was very happy with the service I received and never expected to have it done so quickly. Joe and his crew were very thorough in their work. You can tell he puts his heart and soul into his business and that customer satisfaction is his first priority. I highly recommend Joe's Roofing! After contacting Joe on October 22 regarding my grandmother's roof, he promptly assessed the issue and provided a reasonable quote, despite being booked through January. He prioritized the job due to the roof's poor condition and managed to complete it quickly, demonstrating integrity and compassion. Joe and his crew was on site within two weeks and completed the job in a day! We've used Joe before, and he has consistently exceeded expectations, leaving job sites clean and going above and beyond. We will continue to use and recommend him!

Make only one call to Joes roofing, I tried calling multiple companies after I had a roof leak, others said that they were busy, to call them after a week, to not knowing when their next available will be. Joes roofing is the only company that came out, gave me a fair quote, and scheduled it as promised. Quoted price and price paid was exact match, he does not look for a way to squeeze more money out as others do.

He allowed me to pick a color of the material, installed and removed all the trash, and even took pictures of the work too.

He will get you on the schedule, get the work done professionally, and it will be with quality materials of which he also gives you a chart that you can pick colors and explains the longevity of the materials which is great.

Was great to deal with, had a leak and called Joe's roofing, he came out Monday found out it was leaking around my chimney. That Friday came out and removed my chimney and fixed it up. Would recommend!

Joe and his crew were awesome. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and super friendly. He and his guys showed up right when they said they would and finished a day sooner than I expected. The biggest thing I appreciated about Joe and his crew is that they left my yard spotless. Joe had multiple guys cleaning up as they went from the tear off all the way through to when they finished.

Roof was replaced in a days time. They were fast and professional. We went from a shingle roof to a metal one and now hopefully we won’t have any issues with wind damage. We are very pleased with the work done to our home and highly recommend thier services.

Had a leak in roof and asked for recommendations for a roofer on FB Abingdon Community Connect. Many responded that Joe was the best so I called him. He came out the following day and did a temporary fix as the roof needed some major work. He sent me a quote in which I gave him the go-ahead to fix. His team came out about a week later and replaced the metal sheeting under the tiles. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him.

Looks like a great team but unfortunately after several phone calls after the quote for repair on my roof was provided, we could not get the team out for the repair (since August 2023 (it is now feb 2024)) - with understanding that the team is backed up, more communication about the issues with scheduling I would have loved - I am now faced with severe damage to the inside of my house due to a leak and waiting for the team to come out for the repair - I am sorry to say I cannot recommend them because of this. Seeking another roofing team for repair, and I do wish Joes Roofing the best.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roofs on our home and garage. Did both in just two days. Hard working and pleasant crew. Joe went above and beyond to fix a lose awning as well helping with adding some extra flashing to the side of a chimney. They also did a fabulous job of cleaning up. Got Joe and his crew in to install a new metal roof over existing shingle roof. Now Joe was a few days late starting the roof, but with the rain delaying him in earlier jobs I cannot fault him. Joe's Roofing was amazing. We had been waiting on someone to check a leak in our roof for almost a year and no one came out. We called Joe and he came out the same day even though it was getting late. He fixed the leaky spot, the leaky gutter, and our chimney flashing for a very reasonable price. He even changed 3 boards at our chimney that were rotten due to water damage that we didn't know needed to be changed. Everything was clean when they left and we've had no issues since. I had a leak on my back roof, I called a few different roofing companies and they told me they would be out to check it and give me a estimate. Well no one showed up or called, at this point I was frustrated. I found Joes roofing. I gave them a call, I spoke to Joe and told him the situation, he told me he would be at my home in 3 hours and he was right on time. He inspected the problem and told me what he thought, we had to put a new roof on the house. Joe said he wouldn’t be able to do it till next week, with all the rain we are having and he would have to order the shingles. I told him tomorrow would only be the nicest day, but he still had to order the shingles and they wouldn’t be in till next week. He knew we were desperate to get the roof fix before it caused anymore damage. Joe was very caring and said he would go to Home Depot and pick up supplies for the job. He said he would be here the next day to do the job at 8am. He was here with his crew at 8am the next day. His crew was very friendly no druggies. They were all hard working men and did not quit till the job was done. They even cleaned up afterwards. The price for the new roof was reasonable. I highly recommend Joes roofing.
