Roof looks great and the site was clean when they were finished. If not for the new shingles I would not have known anyone had been there. Rhett, was very helpful through the whole process. He was very patient in explaining the details about the work and materials and took the time to help me navigate the insurance process. Quality work and easy to work with, exactly what I was looking for.

I recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. My new roof looks amazing and they didn't skimp on materials. I worked with the same person from start to finish and he available and responsive. The gutters, yard, and driveway were spotless when they left. They were awesome!

Just had new 6" seamless gutters with mesh covers installed and have to say it was a great experience. The installers showed up right on time, did a great job installing and cleaned up before leaving. Very impressed with the service and my gutters look terrific!

Mike the representative was great! He made a special trip the day of the job after we changed our mind about the color of the metal for the flashing. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up after the job all debris. Will be recommending this company to all friends and family.

We had a roof leak and Mike and his team did an excellent job at the repair. Just a tiny little leak caused damage to our ceiling in the sanctuary. They fixed the leak and inspected our entire roof and came up with a solution to minimize future leaks.

Excellent experience from start to finish getting a new roof from this company. Worked with Mike and Rhett interchangeably throughout the process with equally excellent communication from both.

Reached out to Mike and he was able to come by same day and assess the roof. He explained the process to me whether we went through insurance or not. Being a shrewd customer I made sure to get an inspection and quote from a competitor who just had their roof replaced.

I was very upfront with Curb Appeal that I was doing that to make sure I got the best deal and Mike and Rhett encouraged me to do so and never pressured me to sign with them right away to lock in their work on my roof.

They took multiple phone calls from me as I grappled with the details of the process: how to talk to insurance, how to submit a claim, how to look for exterior and interior damage, etc. They were patient and helpful.

In the end, we got our roof done in 1 day and it looks amazing! Multiple neighbors have commented to me how nice the shingle style/colors look and how quickly and professionally the job was done. The yard was picked up perfectly and they even told me that I might see a few nails come down the downspout after it rained. I did and was able to easily spot and dispose of them.

Nothing but love for this company and you will do yourself a favor by contacting them first in your search for a new roof (or probably many other major home projects too).

A rare find. This company is A++ in customer service and superior in work quality. Rhett Davis always arrived at the time he said he would be there. He expedited the roof replacement work. Was there to insure everything was moving as expected and maintained close contact with us throughout.
Worksite was kept clean and all debris was removed by end of day.
He worked closely with our insurance company to make sure they were aware of areas damaged by wind.
