From the time I contacted Curb Appeal Exteriors, LLC I was pleased. Franc Cordero reached out to set up a time for an estimate. We had to reschedule due to something on my end and when we did finally meet he was very cordial. In talking to him we realized that knew what we needed, might need and the procedure that would be implemented to get the job done. He worked with our insurance company to see if there could be any reimbursement by them. Once we agreed on everything the job was scheduled for the next week. Franc sent me the name of the project manager who would be onsite and even he contacted me prior to the job beginning. We were out of town while the roof was replaced but both Franc and the project manager sent us photos/videos of the work. They completely cleaned everything up and when we got home 2 days later the roof and gutters looked fabulous. I've had strangers walk by the house and tell me how nice the new roof looks.
