Jeremy is a true professional. He takes the time to understand what a client wants and works collaboratively to develop an estimate that fits within the client’s budget. He is reliable, hard-working, creative, and conscientious about meeting deadlines. His attention to detail shows not only in his craftsmanship but also in how he keeps his work area tidy—always putting away his tools and equipment at the end of each day.
Throughout the project, Jeremy regularly checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied, which meant a lot. Our circa 1970s bathroom has now been beautifully transformed with a modern look—featuring a floating white oak vanity, updated mirror and commode, and stunning tile walls and flooring.
During the remodel, we also had Pacific Bath install a Kohler walk-in shower. Unfortunately, they damaged the wall and were unresponsive to our attempts to resolve the issue. Without being asked, Jeremy took the initiative to contact Pacific Bath directly. The very next day, we received a call from management, and the matter is now being addressed. This speaks volumes about Jeremy’s integrity and character.

We bought a 100 year old house in Burlington that needed a bit of work. We hired Cumberland Construction to complete a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room remodel, adding a half bathroom to the laundry room—all on a tight timeframe. We had a set budget, and Jeremy said it would be close. Well, there was sub-floor dry rot in the kitchen and bathroom as well as plumbing issues under the house. When all was said and done by, Cumberland came in on deadline and UNDER budget.
