Items purchased were normal pricing, allowed to browse without interruption and cashier was very courteous.
THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL AND SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOB.

A good place. I just wish people could wear masks, now that they have so many variants from covid 19.

Why is it that even when you pay for goods, your receipt says cash and they never put a name on the receipt.
Kinda expensive but they had what we needed.
They got what you need but it's the most expensive Store of all the wood works.

Why is it that even when you pay for goods, your receipt says cash and they never put a name on the receipt. My name isn't cash. I need receipts to reflect who purchased items

Plenty of selection. Friendly employees. Only reason for the lack of a fifth star is the prices, but high prices in a hardware store/lumberyard is to be expected nowadays.

THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL AND SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOB , IF YOU CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ELSE , YOU USUALLY CAN FIND IT AT BOGALUSA LUMBER COMPANY , MATTER OF FACT THAT'S WHAT I WAS DOING THERE , I WAS MAKING A HOIST FOR MY OLDEST SON KAYAK , WHERE I COULD HOIST IT UP TO THE RAFTERS OUT OF THE WAY , AND I HAD STOPPED BY TRACTOR SUPPLY FOR 2 I-BOLTS AND 2 PULLEYS AND 2 ROPE ANCHORS ( LIKE ON A FLAG POLE , THAT YOU TYE THE ROPE TOO ) AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ROPE ANCHORS , SO I WENT TO BOGALUSA LUMBER COMPANY AND GOT EVERYTHING THAT I NEEDED !

Nice place, plenty of help if you need it. There was about 6 people behind the front counter. Kinda expensive but they had what we needed. Not sure if restrooms are public. I recommend promoting local business.

I go into the store at least twice a year....depending on jobs...and I buy 2 gal of acid to help clean my pool...anyway they treat me like I'm someone special...take it to my car....just a truly nice guy
