Mike never gave up! He found a remedy for both issues by experimenting with different chemicals. He even returned on the second day with his own pure water.

Mike also has state of the art, commercial grade equipment(he doesn’t show up with a power washer from a box store like the last guy I hired).

Mike is a very knowledgeable pressure washer he not only did a superb job of cleaning my vinyl siding he was also able to use a second process to remove over 20 years of oxidation from the vinyl making the siding look new again!!

Couldn’t be happier! I called for an estimate and Mike came out the next day and I had the estimate immediately. He washed two roofs, the house and deck and I couldn’t believe what a great job he did! All those balls of lichen from the roof are gone and the house has never looked cleaner. He even managed to clean the deck without stripping the paint!! He went above and beyond with extras like two fence sections he cleaned (that needed it !)but that were not included in the estimate. Just did it to be nice! He took the time to clean up after too! Used a leaf blower to get rid of all the debris that fell from my roof . Nice guy, great price 100% recommend!

Michael came out today to power wash our house/roof/deck. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He did an excellent job! His price was not the cheapest one we were quoted but he came highly recommended and when I spoke with him I knew he would do a great job. He takes great pride in his work and it shows.
