I hired C & S Builders in 2022 for a complete kitchen remodel and I am extremely happy with the results. Ken took the time to go over the quote with me, answered all my questions, and did the same with the final billing. Ken and Co. were on time, within budget and always kept me informed on the process and progress of the remodel. Their work is top notch and his son Matt and crew were very professional and a joy to work with. Since my kitchen remodel was done, I have had C & S Builders also remodel a guest bathroom with the same results. I will always go to Ken for any work needed in my home and I highly recommend his company.

Remodeled both my bathrooms including new floors, toilets, showers, tubs, etc. They did an amazing job! Very nice people and they did quality work. I’ve always been told you get what you pay for, so you should probably call C&S

I am so happy and relieved that we found C&S! We’d been looking for a construction company that we could stick with. We had a heck of a time finding one in the area. Some companies no-showed, others wouldn’t get back to us with the bid. We recently had a project that it seemed like no one wanted to take. Then we met Ken!

We hired C&S for the first job and then immediately for a second. They have our business for all future projects. Ken is great with communication. Always returns your call and has a bid ready when he says he will. He is frank about what actually needs to be fixed and is honest about options that can save time and money. He obviously has the expertise and knowledge, but explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. His son and crew are great to have at the house. They are polite, hard working and tidy.
The work is phenomenal. I can’t say enough about it. Everything is finished beautifully and extra care is taken to make sure it will last. One thing that really makes a difference is the effort they put into cleaning up after a project.
Hiring for construction projects is stressful. I’m very grateful that we found a company we can trust.

I hired C and S builders to remove and install cedar siding and new windows on my home's exterior. They did what they promised and helped me with little extras that made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to do all the details that define the difference between construction work and craftsmanship. Both owners have lived in the wet Pacific Northwest and are aware of how to professionally weatherize your home against an onslaught of rain. I was confident in their ability, and enjoyed welcoming their polite crew to my home. I would highly recommend Ken and Matt for work on your home; they are expert craftsman with decades of experience who take pride in their work.

i had C&S builders build a cover for my patio.I didnt get any down spouts. When it rains its like a waterfall. I had some leaks, they came over a couple of times to try to fix it.Never did.People that know them it still leaks I’ve called them, nothing.They charge high prices not to follow up on their work.and keep their customers happy. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Sure nice people when I talked to them. They seemed very motivated. But I didn't hear for a while so I contacted them again. Well, said the fellow, I haven't had time to see your lot yet (regarding the bungalow I wanted built on my lot), but I'm planning to get down there to take a look. Never heard back. I would guess these folks are good craftsmen, but it's too bad in this busy builders' market that so many contractors just can't seem to be frank and respectful of people seeking their services in exchange for people's hard-earned money. It's just not that hard to say, no, I'm sorry that I'm too busy to do your job now.
