Our property was having active leaks from an old slate roof. Doug and his team worked hard, despite a couple obstacles (wood rot, tenants, additional work) and went above and beyond to put my stress at ease.

Did job very well - double coat of paint is outstanding with NO "flashing". Power washed the house very well. Repaired house trim before painting which was done very good and quickly. Replaced side door decking to perfection. Would definitely recommend them if you anticipate any home improvement needs to your property as they are quite outstanding. Douglas is easy to talk with and will accommodate your needs at reasonable expense. Thoroughly satisfied.

Overall Crown Home Improvement (Doug de Souza) provided excellent, thorough, quick and provided quality workmanship. Project involved fixing/replacing the flashing around the chimney and replacing 3 skylights. From the 1st contact to completion Doug was very professional, communicate at every step, was very responsive and was very flexible with the schedule. Completed the work within a weeks of signing the contract. I highly recommend Crown Home Improvement based on my experience with this project. I will consider this company next time I need additional work done.

I hired Doug for a small gutter job. From our first interaction to the completion of the job I was extremely happy with all aspects of the process. Communication was always prompt, courteous and thorough. His bid was very reasonable. He arrived on time and completed all aspects of the job with skill and professionalism. Crown Home Improvement did an impeccable job with replacing our roof and deck while handling permits and town inspector requests in the most professional manner. Doug was also able to correct the work of a rogue contractor who gutted our bathroom and disappeared. He really rose to the occasion and helped us finish the bathroom work which was abandoned by the other contractor. Would not hesitate to use Crown Home Improvement on any future projects.
