WE SIGNED A CONTRACT and when we went to follow up, communication was sparse. When we finally got Lori on the phone, she said she would follow up, failed to do so FOR WEEKS, then had the audacity to call and say "we can't get to your project, sorry." If you're looking for a company do a project on your home, look elsewhere. Their words and contracts mean nothing.
