Seth Brewer @ B&B Roofing and Repair is the person you need to call if your roof needs any repairs. He was not only responsive to my call, he provided a detailed estimate, explained the work, arrived a day ahead of plan and did fantastic work. I would call Seth and B&B any day and twice on Sunday's for your roofing repair needs.

I live in Keswick and had some shingles blow off on April 1st during that wind storm. I called my homeowners insurance because I thought it might be expensive. They took like a month and a half to investigate the shingles. I called B & B Roofing and Seth had it fixed within 4 hours. I should have just called them in the first place. Seth is very responsive and professional and in 2023 that is hard to find.

This company is amazing. We called them out to fix a leak on the roof. Seth immediately got the area patched and let us know we had some damage that we should submit to insurance. I delayed longer than I should have and on that and then the insurance process was much longer than I expected. Winter was coming so I let Seth know we needed to go ahead and get them back out to fix the roof. He came out the very next day, a Tuesday on Thanksgiving week, fixed the roof, fixed some issues around our chimney, and even painted all the metal up there to make it look beautiful and uniform. He then took an extra $50 off his already reasonable quote for all the work he did because he wasn’t there quite as long as he expected. He offered to come back out next year and help us work with our insurance some more to make sure we’re set up for longevity. Punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, fair, kind and honest. Thanks Seth!!

Highly recommend. Very thorough inspection and evaluation including from within the attic to determine source of a water problem. Seth managed to fit the work into a schedule opening before the next rain was forecast saving us considerable anxiety and repair expense. Very reasonable charge for a complex repair. Thorough and professional in all aspects and an exceptionally pleasant experience all around.
