We've made some upgrades to our home since moving in 10 years ago, but we couldn't figure out why our house didn't seem to stay cool in the summer or warm in the winter. We had Cromwell come out to do an energy audit, and they pointed out several things that we didn't even know about/think of. We had their contractors perform work to implement a lot of their recommendations, and we couldn't be happier with the results! It's incredible what a huge difference the changes have made in terms of comfortability. Also, Jennifer was amazing at staying in touch to let us know what was going on and answering our questions. we work extensively with consultants on environmental projects. We get stuck in the middle a lot with consultants not being responsive to there clients and ultimately, the insured's questions or concern. it makes it very uncomfortable for all. Cromwell goes the extra mile to make keep all parties up to date and explains why there are or could be delays, beyond all parties control. (typically township or city issues) this means a lot to the ultimate clients during these stressful periods. communication, communication, communication !!!!!!!

Cromwell Enviromental is the way to go for all environmental testing. They typically arrive on the same day and provide my customers with 24 hour results. Their reports are very detailed, organized, and they can provide a protocol for those hard find mold situations.

Cromwell Environmental was a professional, knowledgeable, and fair company to work with. We discovered asbestos in our attic and needed to have it removed. Clint Idol explained the process, answered all my continuing questions, and made sure I was comfortable in what needed to be done. The average person knows nothing about this process, but Clint made sure that I understood and was prepared. The crew that came out to our home worked hard, made sure the job was done right, and was protective of my home as if it was their own. I highly recommend this company and I can give my word that they will take care of your customer concerns and needs.

We had carpet installed and there service was amazing from tear out day to install. The guys that came out we’re very professional, and answered all my questions.. Very good experience working with Cromwell. The job required photos and inspection inside entire home. Was not comfortable with someone going through our house, especially with Covid but it had to be done. The inspector Nick arrived wearing N95 mask, shoe covers, and gloves ( as requested) He was polite, professional, and made us feel instantly at ease with the process. Jennifer, the coordinator, was amazing. Great communication and she explained everything in a way I could understand. Awesome follow up and best customer service that I have ever experienced. We have had a lot of contractors inspecting and doing work but this company was honestly the best. They did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and most professional manner. Will hire them for all future projects they can do. Great to have a contractor you know you can trust and depend on. A rare quality in our experiences.

Within a week period I was able to get an air quality test as well as a surface analysis, results from the lab, as well as a remediation proposal. Cromwell has been our lifesaver when other plumbers left us with an unfinished job. They sent us professional and skilled contractors who came early and worked 4 days until the job was done was completed. It’s was quite an extensive job and they were efficient, effective and even took extra time to leave us with water and drains over the weekend. They addressed all of our issues and we hope to continue working with them. They were quick to communicate and answer any questions I had.

Seriously, the best company. We have had multiple contractors at our property prior to this for the same issue over 4 months and we were exhausted by the wait from all others and Cromwell by far knocked it out of the park. They inspected, tested, and fixed our issues within a week and all others still hadn’t had the time to fix it. On top of it, their technician Arlo was extremely nice, respectful of our home and animals, always kept me up to par on what’s going on and I trusted him right away because of his knowledge regarding our issues. I literally wouldn’t do business with anyone else. Thank you all for being such a well managed and put together business.

A special thank you to the Cromwell solar team they went above and beyond on our 6.8kw solar project with 2 Tesla powerwalls . They were great to explain everything and their team made sure everything looked beyond 5 star quality. Panels look great , Tesla gateway look great and Tesla powerwalls very sleek and beautiful. Brad Kaye the sales representative was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional explaining how solar works showing me his own solar on his phone explaining so much. Brad also went above and beyond answering my calls at all times of the day since I’m a truck driver and he was responding to my text for any questions I had prior to solar installation and checking up on my experience afterward .

Clint Idol and his crew are among our most reliable and most highly valued associates. We recommend their services without reservation, having confidence that our clients will receive an accurate evaluation and if needed, a fair and reasonable proposal for remediation.

Paid the deposit in August of 2020, Install was done by December 1, 2020. Now in July 2021, our electric bill (for a 3,000sqft all electric house) is less than $20/mo in these hot summer seasons. Most of that cost is the base charges from Evergy. We had the panels installed on our barn roof and they also installed an electric panel in the barn. All the work was satisfactory and we've been happy with the results. Pricing was reasonable and we love that the company is local.

I purchased a new washer and dryer set and while work was being completed in my basement by Cromwell Environmental, the tops of the set had a film on it that just could not be removed. They sent maintenance and still it could not be removed. Clint, from Cromwell, reached out to the company I purchased the set from, paid for them in full and had them delivered to my home. It was a seamless situation. I appreciate the effort and diligence shown and I highly recommend this company.

We have solar panels on our roof! Great experience with Cromwell. Price was better than expected with new technologies. Install was smooth and communication was excellent. Only hang-up was with Evergy being slow to connect everything. Overall a great experience with Cromwell

Cromwell Solar from the initial visit with Bill, thru the design phase and the updates from Amanda to the install onsite with Ben and his team - everything has been flawless and just as promised. Cromwell's team and their performance was well executed and everyone has been amazing. Now that my array is up and running I am very anxious to see how the system performs.

Extremely organized and reliable company. All the staff and technicians are top notch. The best part is all I had to do was write a check and they took care of it cover to cover. I was a doubter, but what a great system! I highly recommend Cromwell, and the other part is the incredible feeling of being almost off the grid. In 2019 we were eager to get a solar installation done on our home prior to the end of the year so we could take full advantage of the tax credit. We engaged Cromwell Solar in mid-September and made sure to let the team know we wanted to get the job done in 2019. The design process came together pretty quickly and our equipment was ordered in November. Less than two weeks later, Cromwell set up a date for installation - the installation came together in one week - all the work was done in short order. There was one extra hole drilled in a wall that was fixed completely less than a week later. The really great thing is the way Cromwell managed the permitting process (both my inputs and the city and utility company). The result was that the entire job was complete on time and exactly as expected with Evergy switching out the meter on December 30th. Right on time! We are extremely happy with the system and the installation. thanks Cromwell for a flawless experience in a crazy environment!

I had a residential solar array installed at my home recently. I was very happy with the process working with Cromwell. From the beginning, we had to work with my HOA to get the solar plan approved as I was the first in my neighborhood looking to install panels. Someone from Cromwell came to a meeting of the HOA and showed solar panel options and I think this helped tremendously in getting the approval. The ordering and installation process went smoothly. Everything that was promised was delivered. I am thrilled with my new solar panels and battery backup. I would highly recommend Cromwell Solar to anyone looking to install solar panels on their home.

Cromwell recently completed a solar installation on an outbuilding on our property. From the proposal to completion we found everyone prompt and pleasant to work with.

Bill presented a thorough outline of costs and benefits, Jake designed and explained the system, Amanda provided weekly updates and answered all of our questions, and Zachary provided prompt acknowledgment of payments.

Much of our personal interaction was with Nate and Steven who carried out the installation in two days. My husband, Jim, had many questions about the details of the system and they shared their expertise with patience and enthusiasm.

We are happy to be producing electricity with our new system and feel we couldn’t have picked a better company. Their pricing provided value to our investment and we would recommend Cromwell to others looking to go solar.

I worked with Cromwell for a solar array on my house in Overland Park. They helped advise me on working with my HOA for approval, providing multiple options for the look and functionality of the array, and stayed in continuous contact throughout the process until Evergy finally connected the meter.

A couple of notes: Cromwell itself was great with which to work. Special callouts to Amanda and Stanci on the project implementation and sales side, respectively, for their responsiveness to my questions, concerns, and overall status of the project. It is rare that I find a company that consistently follows up with a customer, even when the update is simply "we are waiting for the power company approval" three weeks in a row.

The project did take longer than I expected (July into December), due mostly to delays in engineering approval and Evergy approval and setting the meter. The actual array installation on my roof was completed quickly (2 days) with very little impact to my yard or house. The install crew was cordial and was willing to explain all aspects of the installation with me as we walked through the process.

I normally caveat my experiences with companies, but I would not hesitate to hire Cromwell on another project if needed.
