Called Ben from CRI after a few panels of my siding was blown off in high winds. I called late in the day, but he was very accommodating and assured me he could come look first thing in the morning. At 9am he was there, and was confident that he could have it repaired quickly. He got guys over to my house the same day and did a great job. I’ll be going to CRI for more work in the future!

If you need a good work done, and need it fast? this is the company you need to contact. This company is a very trusted group of workers. They took care of my parents house after a storm damaged the house inside and outside. As soon I reached out to them about the accidente at the house from the storm, they were here the next day doing the estimate and once all got approved by insurance they started working. All work was done clean and detailed. They did it in a fast and clean. Their people will walk you though the processes and show you how they will work and the materials they can provide if you like. They will also deal with your insurance if needed because some insurances like the one that my parents had can be a pain. I definitely recommend them for all house repairs, from roofing to kitchen remodeling.

The CRI Team did it right. Benjamin took very good care of us. They did our roof, repaired our new siding, replaced our garage door and replaced our gutters. We are very pleased with the work they did and the outcome overall is exactly what we wanted.

I definitely recommend CRI Renovations. They put on a new roof in one day. I also got gutters a few days later. Every move they made, Josh would inform me and make sure it was alright. They are fast, accurate, and very professional. Every crew member was respectful and kind. They cleaned up every speck of shingle pieces or nails. Everything was left clean and in it's place. Call them. They don't mess around. You will be happy.

My second time using CRI Renovations, both experiences were great. They do excellent work, timely and keep you up to date on your project.

I used CRI to process my recent insurance claim (storm damage). I mostly worked with Josh who did a great job working with me through the entire process from claim to finish. They sent Josh out at the same time the insurance company came to inspect the damage which really helps get the claim approved.

We ended up getting a new roof, gutters, and downspouts along with some other minor things. All the work was done well and in a quick timely manner. CRI made the entire process easy. I would definitely recommend CRI as they are a great local business.

I found some water spots on the ceiling and needed someone to treat the leak.

They called me back quickly after I reached out to them and were available for an inspection the next day. When they arrived, they worked to diagnose the problem spot instead of immediately jumping to have an insurance claim replace the roof, like other roofers I have contacted.

CRI was great and so helpful! Josh came out in a Sunday morning to meet with the insurance adjuster who was examining my roof. The decision ended up being that a new roof was not needed, only a repair. CRI took care of the repair quickly and efficiently, and everyone I was in contact with was very professional. When it is time to get a new roof, CRI is who I will call.

This company did an amazing job on replacing our old roof. The roof was already banged up when we purchased the home a few years ago and we finally got around to fixing it. We gave them a call and they came to us quickly. They gave us a reasonable quote and finished the job in a timely manner. Everyone involved was very professional. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future for other exterior work.

I was worried about how long it was going to take because I was going to be having an event at my house so i was beyond happy when it was all done within 1.5 days &I was very happy with the results. I hired CRI Renovations when I needed a new roof on my 4 bedroom home and 2 car detached garage. They were extremely professional and kept me informed at all times. They finished in 2 days and did a fantastic job. When they were finished you couldn’t even tell they were ever here. Everything was clean and my new roof looks great! I highly recommend CRI Renovations LLC for your roofing needs. Benjamin and his team are very knowledgeable of the process and worked closely with us and the insurance company from start to finish. The crew did a fantastic job on our roof. As for clean up, they get a 10 out of 10.

CRI was fantastic. They made the process so easy, the quality of work was impeccable and everything was done on time. I hope I don’t have to, but if I do, I would use them again without hesitation.

I used Angis list to find a reputable roofing company in my area and Benjamin from CRI Renovations called me within hours, and was at my house within a day or two. We had a bad rainstorm roll through in July and I had a serious leak in one of the bedrooms after the storm. I was only going to do a repair but after the CRI Contractor Benjamin did an inspection he said we can definitely do the repair but then pointed out all the other issues with my roof that I had not even thought of. Turned out my roof had 3 layers on it and the 3rd layer of shingles was pushing 15 years and I believe installed by the previous owners, so I decided he was right I’d be much better off replacing the whole roof. He also brought up making an insurance claim which to be honest I hadn’t thought of because I just thought i needed a small repair. After the Insurance inspection I was given some money for repairs for the roof and some other things storm related but not enough to cover the whole roof but Benjamin sat down with me and after talking about it we came up with a fair price for a whole new roof plus new 4x8 sheets of wood to replace the sections that were rotten kr damaged and needed replaced. Less than 2 weeks later I had an up to code one layer roof that look’s fantastic! I even chose the color Benjamin recommended which was Onyx black made by Owens Corning who I’ve read are a well known and respected brand for new roofs. I have a 1300 ft home and they had the 3 layers of roofing off and the new shingles installed in a day and half! So their guys are fast and the quality of the workmanship is excellent plus they didn’t leave a mess. I would definitely recommend using CRI Innovations to friends or family or anyone else if you’re needing a new roof. The whole process was easy and the Contractor Benjamin was always available for questions and kept me updated through the whole process. Plus no money up front I paid when they were done.

We had some minor damage from wind storm that tore shingles off the roof and left it open to get leaks into the house. They had someone come out later in the day and got the repair done with some replacement shingles the next day.

I used CRI because of their high rating on Angie's list. They did not disappoint! They actually were my advocate when dealing with the insurance company to replace my roof. Benjamin was also a great communicator and very responsive. I would hire them again.

The guys who came out was on time very polite and professional. We discussed.what we wanted, they told us the right and effective way to install guttering with the downspouts.I’m very happy with their service.

CRI responded to my request for a quote to repair a small area of roofing, replace damaged siding, painting affected areas plus additional painting services very promptly. After I notified CRI we were ready to proceed, they got the work done quickly and in a quality fashion. Josh kept me up to date on when each segment of the job would be worked. The best experience I've ever had with home repair. I noticed a wet spot in my ceiling that was getting bigger and could cause significant damage. They found the problem on my roof and repaired it promptly. Amazingly quick and very fair on charges.

I noticed missing shingles on my roof the morning after a recent storm. I immediately contacted my insurance agent and 3 of the top rated contractors I found online. I found Ben with CRI to be the most knowledgeable and responsive and filed my insurance claim with him. He dealt with an impossible to reach insurance adjuster and got the items like weather guard, vents and other items covered which were initially declined by my insurance. Another plus is their pricing and availability. I've been putting off gutter replacement for 6 months and their bid was half of what others have quoted for the same products. We were so happy with their work I had them replace all our gutters and downspouts plus rain guards the following week. They are now my go to contractor.

Had our deck, gutters and roof repaired after tree fell on them. Completely satisfied with the quality of work done. There was a bit of a language problem but everything was worked out fine. I recommend them for your needs.
