Charles Franks has put the last two roofs on my house and I’ll use him again. He and his crew are very professional, polite and hard working. They show up and get the job done!

I have a large home and this company came in and did the whole roof in one day including cleanup of all the mess and nails. the crew was very friendly and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a good job at a great price.

Charles and his crew did a fantastic job at a great price. They showed up on time and got the job done. Charles took care of everything. A first class experience all round.

I contacted CRF roofing based on a word of mouth recommendation. I also contacted several others for quotes, etc. On several companies I received no call back. On a few there was no follow up after messages were left my me. And on others their prices were literally through the roof.

This was not the case with CFS Roofing. I originally spoke with the owner on what I was needing and wanting to do. They walked me through the process of filing a claim with insurance, etc.

Once the claim was filed and a the adjuster issued me the original check I spoke to the son, Charles, and he was able to work the the inspector to get me another $1600 toward my claim. Once I receive the new write up from the inspector I consulted Charles again to tell him to proceed with the roof. He said I was leaving money on the table and that insurance should be paying more. He offered and I asked him to talk directly with the insurance adjuster. After they spoke and did an ‘apples to apples’ comparison what was needed and what the adjuster approved, I received another adjustment from the insurance company. This time $2600. Charles was able to get me $4k more from the insurance company then they originally authorized for me.

Once I gave the go—ahead to proceed with the roof, they had the house on the schedule. The house was done in under a week from the go-ahead. I got updates through out the process and they were able to fix some unseen rotted facia for a minimal amount.

I am very happy with the overall process and especially happy to have an extra 4K in my account that I would have had to pay out of pocket otherwise.

In the last year, we have used CRF Roofing three different times pertaining to 3 different problems. In each occasion, they quoted what the job would run, showed up on time and very knowledgable with all materials needed to do the job. On our last experience with Jessie, not only did he subtract material not used but discounted the labor,too without our knowledge. . .They are trustworthy, dependable and always respectful. It's rare today to find those combinations. . .we would highly recommend Jessie and his family for any and all roofing needs.

Used CRF to repair a bad leak in my roof. Not only did they fix that one but they also fixed another small leak free of charge that I didn't even tell him about. About to have them re-roof my entire house and will review again afterwards.

I used CRF to replace my old roof and they did a great job. They communicated with me throughout the process and they were very reasonable as well. Have referred several friends to CRF and heard nothing but compliments about the way they handle business! Hard to find people like this these days.

Charles and his team did a great job replacing the roof on our home and workshop. They worked a full 12 hour day to get the job done - in spite of the 102 degree weather we had that day. We're very pleased with how it all looks and with the clean up around our home - no nails left in the grass or driveway here! We'll use them again for sure.

Poor experience.... Had roof repaired and it was recommended to replace the two skylights in my home to ensure a good seal...I requested the best lights available and would be willing to pay extra if insurance would not cover. Long story short one of the lights leaked immediately. Charles came an put sealant around it. He did this one more time.. still leaked, He put a metal damn on above it to run the water around it. I did not see any more water in house after that.. 6 months later my other light pours water into my kitchen . I called Charles .... he told me "If you look up skylight in the dictionary it says a hole in your roof that will eventually leak" Need I say more? I then hired Ultimate Choice Roofing run by corey stone... He screwed me too.

We were in need of replacing a roof on our new home in Sherman, TX. After calling around we were quoted the best price by CRF Roofing. The appointment was scheduled and the workers were on time. The job was completed very quickly and everyone was polite and professional. I would definatley refer CRF Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work done. Thank you very much our roof looks amazing!!
