Just go to Angie's List and see for yourself. There are seven good reviews but trust me there are just as many or more bad reviews that people just didn't want to post. I have talked to sub- contractors who don't want to work with him anymore or have just walked off the job. There are so many better builders in Richmond than CHC don't get taken in for his phony charm.
We did file a written complaint with Southern Living Custom Builder Program and I would encourage others to do so if you have a problem, so others might not suffer the same fate that we did.
Awesome experience from start to finish. Attention to detail was above and beyond. I smile everyday when I pull in the driveway. Highly recommend Bryan and Shannon, you won't be disappointed!!!
Building a home is always difficult, but when you are living 10 hours away, it is even worse. However, Bryan and Shannon made this experience an easy one for us. We were always able to get in touch with Bryan and discuss any concerns or changes that we had in mind. The ease of working with Bryan and Cassie since we moved in has been wonderful. Quality has been their object from the start and continues to this day. It was most difficult to leave our wonderful home in CT, but Bryan has made the transition much easier by providing us this very special new home. We highly recommend Creative Home Concepts!!!
