Happy new year to everyone reading this post written on this very first day of 2025. I write this review with a deep sense of gratitude and admiration for the superb work Mr. Offenbacher has rendered to my home after a most recent sleet storm that occurred on about September 2024. As we all know sales people and their companies quickly hit the pavement running to begging their endeavors to knock on every door possible to solicit and earn our business in hopes that we will contract their company. During times of hardship, whether minor or catastrophic, I do not blame them, although at times maybe overwhelming, for they are trying to help neighbors in need, but with the overwhelming number of solicitors daily, it is very difficult to discern who was being authentic and who was going to fulfill their promises that they modestly expressed that day at my doorsteps. Mr. Nathan Offenbacher came highly recommended by one of my dear friends in our neighborhood, whom I respect and value her opinion, so I immediately reached out to Nathan. When he answered his phone, I felt I was talking to a genuine person. He was professional and personable as well as very accommodating, and without pressuring me and without hesitation, he offered to sit with me that day to discuss the damages caused by the storm. Even tho he already had enough business and contracts in the neighborhood, which I assumed it would make it easier to fit me in, that wasn’t so much the case, however Nathan went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to alleviate my burden on that day. That was not the only time Nathan went above and beyond to help me, which he did very successfully. After he flew his drone around my property on the same day he came to meet with me, he was able to show me more extensive damages on the property than it was visible to the naked eye.
What I thought would be an arduous process with insurance claims etc, Nathan took on the insurance company and made the process extremely seamless and painless. What was painful was the amount of $$ the insurance company thought the damages were worth, well they, the insurance company, as they so often do, lowballed Nathan’s quote. He reassured me and helped me through the process to submit additional documentation to the company in order to have the vast majority of the costs covered. Pant was able to assist me further and increased my disbursement by $9K, which incredibly helped me since I’m currently on convalescent leave after surgery and not receiving my full salary.
I was very impressed from the very beginning when he answered the phone to the last second of our conversation on that day, but he also impressed upon me that I would be taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about Nathan , and I assure you that any future projects which require high-level of skill and expertise, Mr. Nathan Offenbacher will have my business because I know he will have my back. I’m a homeowner 3 times in 30yrs many contractors , none were as professional as creative contractors, they work with the homeowner not against, i applaud and highly recommend! Nathan was very knowledgeable and informative for the project, you won’t be disappointed.

A golf ball-sized hailstorm recently impacted my townhouse. Nathan with Creative Contractors was very professional and he’s just a nice person overall. He explained the whole insurance claim process, and even performed his own comprehensive inspection to ensure my insurance company correctly captured all of the damage. I needed a new roof, shutters, gutters, downspouts, storm door, window screens, and the windowsills had to be rewrapped with aluminum.

Nathan remained in constant communication which is important to me. He and his crews stayed on schedule and there weren’t any hidden costs. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. It was a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. I highly recommend Creative Contractors and I know that a lot of my neighbors who also used CC for their repairs are very pleased.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Nathan's team did for us! We encountered hail damage in September, and as first house owners, we were lost about what we should do to the damages and how to go through the claim process. Thanks to Nathan, he showed up and presented his work very professionally and clearly to us, examined and documented our damage carefully, and helped us with the claim process. When his team came by to replace the siding for us, they worked very efficiently, it only took one and a half days for them to replace the siding for our house, and they recycled and cleared the trash completely. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final construction. I had Creative Contractors replace the roofs on two of my properties last year, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with. The jobs were completed quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.

Communication is key for me, and Nathan excelled in that area. He kept me informed every step of the way, patiently explaining the insurance claim process (which was new to me) and answering all my questions with kindness and clarity.

Recently, a storm caused some minor damage, and I tried navigating the insurance process myself. Every contractor my insurance company recommended was unresponsive and unhelpful. Nathan took the time to explain why I might be having trouble (likely due to the small size of the job) and then went above and beyond by fitting me into his schedule. There was no back and forth or runaround, just genuine and honest communication.

Last September (2023) I hired Creative Contractors to put in all new windows in my townhouse and to put on a new roof and siding. I definitely picked the right company! Nate and Mike were AWESOME! They were attentive to my needs, honest, and always on top of things. The workmanship was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Creative Contractors!

I dont do many reviews, but I have to shout out Creative Contractors and the incredible job they did on our roof, windows, and doors. For whatever my next job is, they'll definitely be my first choice. I've been recommending them to my friends and neighbors for all things related to exterior updates and repairs. I called this team of pros because I wanted a quote on a new roof. The owner came right out and gave us a very competitive price. The owner was nice enough to help us clean out a gutter that we could not access.

We chose the two tone shingles and also had gutter shields installed to finally stop the debris which constantly clogged our gutters. The team came out and installed the roof and worked really hard to get it done.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great general contractor you can trust and work with.

We had a dryer vent company come out to clean the ducts and they gave me an outlandish price to rework the duct work etc due to a vent cap issue. The tech said “you can call a roofing guy…” I contacted Nathan as his company did a lot of work for us years ago after a big storm. He was very professional and honest and explained what was needed and the cost was a quarter of what the other people were going to charge me. Nathan sent an estimate quickly, and sent Jose out to do the repair the next day. Jose was professional and did the work quickly, cleaned up and told me when he finished. I highly recommend Nathan and Creative Contractors!

I had to replace my roof because of missing shingles from a hail storm. They were so professional, communicative, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on my roof!

We solicited multiple bids for completing the tin roof on about a remaining third of our roof that was still shingled. Nathan of Creative Contractors provided a very reasonable price and was clearly knowledgeable about the products and techniques involved. The work crew installed with a minimum of mess, and completed everything in a surprising day and a half. Clean up was quick and thorough. Follow up the day following installation was a pleasant way to review the process. I recommend Creative Contractors for a fair price and quality work.

Didn't realize that a new roof would do so much for the curb appeal of the house. Nate and his crew were extraordinarily responsive across the entire process - estimate, working with the insurance company, replacing the roof, and following up on minor details. New gutters were stress-tested by recent storms and what a difference - the newer, bigger gutters solved many long-standing issues. Very positive experience.

I needed a quote immediately for a roof replacement that should have been done last year. The other guys I talked to said it would be 22 grand, but Creative Contractors did it for 9 and it looks great! Very professional, quick scheduling, and done in a day!

I've had roofs replaced before and Creative Contractors did an amazing job, they are the best. They were quick, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up, and left everything better. My new gutters actually drain and my new roof looks spectacular.

They really went above and beyond with answering questions, caught and corrected problems from the original roofers decades ago, and they made sure our roof was exactly what we wanted.

Creative Contractors had completed excellent work on my parent's home and we were in need of siding repair after -- my children thought the back of the house was a good backstop to practice their lacrosse shots. (WT?!?!?*&@#*& -- Umm I think all parents would agree - doubling chores as punishment is getting off REALLY easy.) After the work completed on my parent's home (I should add my father's a very selective man); I entrusted Creative Contractors to complete the work on my home. I didn't want to put new siding on the entire home but we did have color fade from when the siding was installed by previous owners. Creative Contractors completed excellent work & were able to match the colors & grain closely. I don't notice a difference. They even completed pressure washing at a really cheap cost (don't think they normally offer this, but it ensured the colors matched). I'm very happy with the completed work. The owner was extremely friendly and professional to work with. Our family has several homes and we are repeat customers. Thank you!!

Creative Contractors installed a new roof on my home 2 years ago.
They did an excellent job and cleaned the site up daily after working. Recently I had a small leak on a porch skylight and they
responded to make the repair that was really a problem skylight
nothing to do with roof job. I would recommend Creative Contractors as they do follow up with customers to make thing right.

Creative has performed roofing replacement after storm damage. They assisted with paperwork needed by the insurance company. Creative was very reasonable with the uninsured expense for replacing roof sheathing.
At another property, flashing had separated from chimney and caused leaking and rotten sheathing. Creative Contractors repaired & replaced shingles & flashing around chimney area, matching the existing shingles.
Very satisfied with both tasks after several years of service.

I have used Creative Contractors for 3 roofs now. Recently, I had a new roof install, gutter installation and window wrapping. It was not an easy job, not only does my roof have a lot of peaks, it required constant back and forth with my insurance company to get it covered. Nate was there through the entire process. I called Creative Contractors after a bad hail storm and noticed roofing material on the ground. Nathan was my interface with the company and since day 1, he was very responsive to my questions, constantly kept me updated along the way, explained the process and helped me through the insurance process. He adjusted his schedule to make sure he was present when insurance adjuster made an unscheduled inspection to the home. Nathan was able to point out areas that were not picked up by the adjuster, such as damage to a portion of the siding, window screens, a three windows. Nathan worked with my budget to provide an affordable quote to cover siding that wasn’t covered by insurance as well as new gutters. Nathan made sure I was satisfied with completed work and his crew was conscious of cleaning up after themselves.
