Crawford Siding, Windows & Guttering

Everyone at Wayne Crawford is incredibly professional and they went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with the work. Other companies we've hired in Lawrence don't communicate well (or at all) and/or conduct low quality work. Not this company! From Tonya quickly working through my calls and emails (even over weekends!) to Richard and the crew at the house doing quality and timely installation of a full gutter system and downspouts, and even some other repairs to fix drainage problems and other people's mistakes--they addressed all of our concerns. Over 6 years I've searched for a responsive and quality gutter company to use and now it. Wayne Crawford is simply far better than the rest and I trust them.

These guys did an amazing job. They came in $1000s cheaper on the bid. The house looks amazing. The crew was nice and friendly. They always answered my questions. They installed siding, wrapped the trim and soffits, and did the gutters. They also hung my new front door. They were excellent and I recommend them to anyone. The owner Pat is a good guy to work with.

Wayne Crawford Siding did a siding job on my house and it looks great. Luckily it was their slow season and they were able to get to it quickly. The office staff was very nice, Patrick who now owns the company gave a good bid and was helpful picking out the color to use.
The installation team was professional and worked quickly. Great experience and I highly recommend this established siding/window company.

I have used this company for guttering, porch windows & now home windows. They are simply the best in Topeka!!!! A+++++++++++++++++ Service, couldn't ask for more.

Pro's: They honored a contract over 6 months old and the siding matched our old siding.

Con's:
HORRIBLE customer service. After the siding was FALLING OFF our house we asked for a call to correct the situation. It took 3 phone calls and voice messages to actually speak to someone in the office. Our voice messages were never returned. We were told they were going to come out on a Wednesday afternoon and no one showed up or called to say why they did not come.

Called again (number 4) and asked to speak to the supervisor and the office staff stated she had asked him to call us.

Called again (number 5) as no one had called. We requested to be called by the supervisor prior to them coming on our property as anything else would be considered trespassing at this point.

Came home at noon and someone from the company had come and put the siding back up.

No calls from anyone and they trespassed on our property.

I would not recommend them to anyone, which is unfortunate as they had done work for us previously and it was a good experience.

This bad review could have easily been avoided had they returned our calls in the first place. We started with professional politeness and ended up having to express reports to the better business bureau to get it resolved for them to speak to us and then having the feeling of trespassing when they did return. As it was they resorted to not speaking to us and fixing the siding when were not home.

Our new gutters look excellent!! Being first time homeowners we had a ton of questions and concerns, they answered all of our questions and made us feel secure with all of our decisions. We really appreciate the excellent customer service! Our house looks so good and besides the new gutters you can’t even tell they were here, they cleaned up everything perfectly! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!! Thank you!
