Awesome company to deal with! I booked Gouker Roofing to work on my mother's home following extensive damage from a recent hail storm and we could not be happier with the company and the end result. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and nice. They responded to my request for an estimate immediately and answered numerous calls and texts with questions. We were able to go to their showroom to view all of the roof and siding samples, and found it helpful to get some input from the showroom manager on color schemes, etc. They use quality products throughout. Kristen, the office manager, was extremely knowledgeable and handled everything promptly. Craig was available throughout the entire process and answered any texts immediately. His crew was efficient and SOOOO Meticulous!!! At the end of each day every speck of waste was picked up--you could not tell that any construction had occurred. We actually had to call after they completed the job to request a small sliver of the siding to use to match paint for a garage door---there were no scraps left behind for us to use!!! They were fast, too---did a full side and roof job on a shed, full roof on a house, and front house siding, full gutters, soffit and fascia in a week's time--in January!! Many of her neighbors had similar damage and are still awaiting repairs from the company they signed with--several have told her they are upset that they did not choose Gouker.
