First I wanna start by saying, I lived in my house for 7 years and it never crossed my mind to have my house pressure washed. I was on Facebook and I saw a post about RC Soft Wash. The pictures of his work was very impressive so I figured I would welcome spring by giving my house a bath. I contacted Brandon (the owner) on Facebook for more information about his services and he promptly responded back. He offered to do an estimate and came the next day to do it. He was very professional and thorough. Had a very positive and a hard working energy about him. And I loved that he didn’t judge the grossness that was on my house..lol. I asked a ton of questions cause I didn’t know anything about pressure washing a house, he answered them happily. He even gave me some knowledge on the process and even what the debris was on my house (from weed overgrowth and main road debris). He texted me a thorough estimate that was very reasonably priced that broke down everything I was paying for so I knew exactly what my money was paying for. I have had so many estimates over the years for multiple things but none of them priced it exactly what I was paying for. So the fact Brandon did that put my mind at ease knowing where my money was going. He worked with me on the date I wanted to have it done. He even sent me reminder texts which I appreciate cause I forget everything. The day came for the work to be done and he was here on time. I had to work but he made me comfortable enough to just say..I’ll be at work so do what ya gotta do. And he did it!! My house looks SO much better!! It almost shines!! He did a low pressure wash because I have aluminum siding and he wanted to make sure that all my paint would stay intact. Naturally he had to move some stuff around to get to certain parts of the house so I was prepared for that. But I wasn’t prepared for the fact HE PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHERE IT WAS!!! All the people that have came and went on doing odd jobs around my house never did that!!! He left no mess. It was like he was never here. I came home from work with a shiny house and no mess! He kept in communication with me, let me know when it was completed. He thanked me for my business and I can definitely tell that he was grateful that I hired him and trusted him to do good work. That makes a customer feel happy and appreciated. I knew my money was going to a good business with a honest owner whose goal was to satisfy the customer!! HE EVEN COVERED UP MY RING CAMERA SO IT WOULD’T GET WET OR DAMAGED!! That kinda thoughtfulness and attentiveness to detail goes along way. I fully recommend RC Softwash!!! He even mention to me that he does multiple other things as well. From pressure washing to cutting grass, landscaping, and multiple other things. This experience was THE best I have had in all my years having things done on my house and I fully intend to hire him for future jobs!!!!

I highly recommend RC Soft Wash and cannot say how pleased I was with Brandon and his work. He was prompt courteous and a very hard worker. He never stopped from time he arrived till he was finished. He went the extra mile and did things like paying attention to what I had not expected. He did my railing and cleaned the mildew from the porch carpet: I didn’t know my house could be so clean and white. I have received compliments from friends and neighbors. Removed mildew from the driveway and cleaned the cement. I look forward to calling Brandon again when my home and driveway need cleaned again.
