I had a basement door done previously with excellent results, so I contracted them to construct a roof over my existing deck. Russ and his crew were very professional and informed me every step of the process. I enjoy the covered patio immensely and would highly recommend this company!

I had a front door and kitchen door installed by bvwd on 6-12/13 2025 I couldn't be happier, excellent provia steel doors and screen doors, The workers were exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Total dog shit company. They happily took my 1200 buck for 1 36"×28.5" window on 30 September and here I am on 6 December with still no window. When I just spoke to em I was told it had been there since 6 November and they didn't know what happened, meanwhile we can't get our escrow money til it's installed. Would not recommend.

Excellent, quality products and excellent, professional installation. Three man crew installed a new bay window in my living room, a new screen door in my basement, a new window in my mud room, recaulked all of my windows and even repaired a indoor cellar step for us that was loose free of chrage. From arrival through cleanup took less than 7 hours. Highly recommend this company for any home improvement project you may have.

Expert installation and quality product. BV Window and Door installed new storm door entrance door and living room windows. Had a minor issue with the storm door which was quickly repaired. All completed in one day. Cleaned up like they were never here. I highly recommend!!!

We bought our first home and all 20 windows needed to be replaced. They gave us a great quote that let us replace them all at once, where we would have only been able to get half that at the same price elsewhere. If even that.

For a whole house with some custom options, I expected some hangups with sourcing and install. But they completed the job without a single issue! All the windows fit perfectly, are in great condition, and install went super smoothly.

We could feel the difference in humidity and temps inside the house almost right away. The increase in amount and quality of light coming in is such a mood lift. And every room just looks so much better.

I'm so excited to see my first utility bill with these windows.

When an adjustment was needed, they arrived within hours to make it perfect! We had three storm doors and three main doors installed. Especially during a current Pittsburgh heat wave, we're so thankful for a solid installation that is keeping the heat out our home!

I live out-of-state now, however, I grew up in the area and attended Little Redstone Church. It's always nice to attend service at Little Redstone when I visit. I was impressed with the upgrades of the new banister and wrapped pillars. It was a professional job. Little Redstone has a lot of fond memories, and it is nice to see it is being cared for.

All the work done at at our Little Redstone Church was of the highest quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company. Great to work with.

This is a good company from ownership to sales to reception to installation. I recently had windows installed and the windows are quality and look great. They really improved the look of my home.

Contracted installers were unprofessional. Continued to work until after 10 pm, even when told to leave and to finish the job another day. Disturbed the neighbors.
Caulking, painting, and clean-up required 5 additional visits to remediate the poor workmanship.
No follow-up from Aaron, who wrote the contract.
Thankful for Larry who was a true professional in completing the job with care.

I'm very satisfied with the job well done if I ever need any other projects done they will be my go to thanks again for a wonderful job well done

I don't review companies often however, this business was extremely friendly and prompt with their services. We had a problem with an inside piece of the handle for our front door breaking and they promptly sent someone out within the hour to fix it. Wendy was extremely friendly and helpful to work with and from finding the problem at 12:30pm all was fixed and back to normal by 1:30pm. They are an exceptional business that I would recommend to anyone!

He was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making my selection. The installers, Zach and Jake were on time, courteous, and very conscientious. Their installation work is excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
In addition, I had several conversations with Meg when I would call the office. I found her to be very helpful, friendly, and also a pleasure to deal with.

We had a rather big job, 3 windows, all new siding, storm door railing on the porch, etc. Ben said work would start in September. Here we are, mid August and the job is complete. The guys did a great job matching the new windows to the existing ones. Everything looks awesome. Ben called and stopped in several times to make sure all was as promised. We are very pleased with the job and experience.

Zach and Jake installed two exterior doors for my home yesterday. They did an excellent job! They put down a lot of protection to not dirty my home and they cleaned up very well. Super friendly and provided a great quality install. I would definitely use Belle Vernon doors again!

I had 8 windows and 3 doors installed. The quality of work and product were great! Ben, was a great help from beginning to end of the process. Any questions or concerns I had were met with expert knowledge and polite customer service. I will use them for any future work needed that they can do!

Extremely unprofessional. Estimator kept trying to sell us things we weren’t asking for. Spent more time insulting other contractors than asking us what we wanted. Called his son a simpleton. Made fun of our decor. Fit the stereotypes even more by showing up in a pricey car and covered in gold chains and acting like he knew everything. Then to top it off they never even followed up. I’d rather eat glass than see this dude ever again.

Very nice work, from the Owners as well as the installers. The overall experience has been top notch from the beginning to end. I would wholeheartedly agree to any future work, and anyone seeking windows and doors, to definitely give them your business. You will not regret it. We ordered a top of the line door and are very pleased with the fine craftsmanship. The installers were adept carpenters which isn’t always easy to find these days.They were done much sooner than I thought, and cleaned any mess they made as they installed and when they were done. Belle Vernon replaced a 3' x3' shower in master bathroom and moved a 6-panel door from interior of master bath to the entryway of the master bath.

My patio was enclosed into an ALL-SEASON ROOM!!! My room is beautiful!!! The most used room in the house. The workers worked hard and were professional. They never followed up!
Called them out for an estimate. The person that came tried to sell me on everything he wanted to do and not focus on what I needed done. Said he would get me a quote and have a foreman go up on the roof to check a problem.
Never had visit from the foreman. No quote ever sent or delivered. No contact to saying anything . I wasted a week waiting to hear back.
I expected a better customer interaction. Very poor!

Our doors are beautiful and the deck/porch is what we wanted to complete the outside look of our home. Workers were excellent and cared about the job and the customer.

I think the company is very structured. Only issue is the owner doesn’t allow his teammates and workers to keep the business going. He wants to be there all the time kinda uncomfortable.

The installers did an excellent job, taking their time and making sure the job was done correctly. The door is absolutely beautiful. We have had several people stop to comment on how great it looks. “Stunning,” said one neighbor who has never even stopped to talk before.

As of October still waiting for job completion. But I am assured that the owner is getting it either on the 14 or 16. Lowe's apparently hasn't completed the order.

Have had issues with the strips with storm door and also entrance door. Very happy with the products, but very disappointing in service. They were to be at my house yesterday Aug 26th 2021 at 10 they called and said it would be 2.. ok was fine then called wanted to change to next week which wouldn’t suit me. Then to be 5. Well guess what no show no call. Very disappointing

Was supposed to have appt for estimate. Half hour after the scheduled time it took me calling and asking why no one had shown up to be put on hold then told the guy got sick and went home. No one bothered to call and inform me of this. Very unprofessional.

The work that I had done was a new front entrance door with frame and double garage doors with new rails and openers. The two guys Rich and Ken did excellent work and even cleaned up after they were done. All the material used was of high quality and better than what I previously had. We had a garden window installed, a porch and stair railing, and a sunroom awning replaced with an insulated roof. Ben was great to work with and JD and Richie were both very professional, courteous and pleasant as they did the physical work. Would definitely recommend this company, very pleased with all the work they've done for us.

The interior is lighter and brighter with natural light and the old solid doors actually let in more air than the new insulated glass doors!

Updating my review after 2 months: While the work of the door installation was great, the follow up has been terrible. There are vent strips at the bottom of my storm doors and the clips to hold the glass in place didn't come with the door. Needless to say, I've had holes in my doors all winter long. The clips weren't ordered until I CALLED to see why I hadn't received them yet. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received them yet.

Excellent work. I couldn't be happier with my new doors!
