Josh promptly reached out after my orignal review. He apologized for missing the orignal appointment and came out and took a look at the project. He got the quote to me quickly and it was a more than fair price. They came back out and had the whole project done in 2 days. I'm definitely glad I gave him a chance and will definitely hire him again if I need more work done.

I had inquired about getting a quote for some work done. Was told they'd be in my area from 10-12 today and they'd come by to look at the project and give an estimate. I took the day off of work to be here, and it's now 3pm and no one has come by or even messaged/called to update me. I've tried calling a few times and it goes to voicemail.

These are the guys you want working on your home! We hired Josh and his crew to point and cap our chimney, as well as point areas on our brick house. Kevin and Chris's attention to detail was amazing! They cared about the work they were doing and it showed. They were clean, professional, and just good guys! Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the work Josh did for us. He was responsive, came out to our site, and provided a fair estimate. The work was completed on time and within the estimate!

He was able to work me into the schedule quickly to take care of a repair that needed to be completed before winter. He kept me posted on his timeline and completed the work quickly. Biggest bonus is he kept to his written estimate which is not always the case when it comes to repairs needed. I will highly recommending to friends and family!!

Josh was extremely professional and honest. We had our chimney repointed. Out of seven estimates he was the only one that actually went onto the roof and explained what needed to be done. I would highly recommended Craftsmen Masonry & Restoration!

I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. My chimney is looking better than ever!! Josh and his team did two separate jobs for us. One was rebuilding our chimney from the roof up. The second job was to insert a new liner in a chimney - which turned out to be a huge, messy extensive job due to previous errors before we owned the house. Josh is always professional. He is meticulous about his work, aware of how it affects the homeowners, as well as particular about who his hires for his team - expecting professionalism from them also.

He was very transparent about when he could do the work and then he was able to get to us early which was a really nice surprise! His work is excellent - our moldy, cracked, dangerous stairs in the front of our house have turned into stairs I'm happy to show off to everyone who comes over! I literally have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. We highly recommend!

We had our chimney and firebox repaired and also a chimney cap installed. Throughout the whole process Josh was very knowledgeable, honest, and him and the crew did a great job. I'm now confident in using my fireplace again. I'd highly recommend their services for anyone looking.

Reached out to Josh for a quote, he was at my house within 3 days and job completed within 1 week! Never had a contractor accommodate us that fast. He came in with 2 of his workers, very clean and respectful of my carpets and floors. He made sure to cover all areas. Finished job in 1 day. Highly recommended this company.
